I am forcing myself to see the bigger picture - it is a lifestyle change. I am refocused on pushing myself more to burn calories especially since I am more sedate during winter. I have 25 pounds to go, and it takes time, a whole lotta time. So I will go to the gym today even though I woke up to a snowstorm. If it doesn't stop soon, I will do some type of exercise at home. Then work it hard tomorrow at the gym. Life goes on, and I don't quit.0 -

I'm a little disappointed but last weekend was a work function where I ate and drank whatever I wanted. The next days were all about trying to get rid of all the water weight just from that one night... But, I am 1/3 of the way to my goal weight and now even more determined.0
