9 grams of sugar max per day wouldn't allow for juice of any fruit. ? That's absurd. Even plain greek yogurts have more sugar than that.
There's a lot of conflicting data out ther and it is very confusing. Carbs are good carbs are bad , eat dairy, no don't. Seriously a good personal nutritionist probably a better idea.
There are a lot of "doctors" who give advice then tell you you need their supplements, everyone elses sucks, because yes they are in it to make money from you buying from them. They're not trying to give good advice just looking to keep you as confused as possible so you by their products.
Neutral source please!
Good luck to you0 -
no good carbs or bad carbs - so eating 50 calories of broccoli (ewww) does the same for you as eating 50 calories of skittles?0

No. Clearly skittles are magical!
Why won't this thread just die?0 -
Because wrk gurl went and dug it up.
And no skittles aren't magic - your thinking of peanut butter m & m's (mmmmmmmm)0 -

No, no. They have some good fats. Way too healthy. Way too little emphasis on just calories.0 -
10 - All supplements are not created equal....Vitamin Shoppe/GNC/ETC are cheap supplements and don't realy make a difference. He sells one in his office though called Standard Process and they are amazing. The others are made from oil/tar and are petroleum based products but the ones he sells are from real foods.
Ding Ding Ding!
Is he a Beachbody coach too?
No. Beachbody coaches are quacks with no real knowledge.
Just like most chiropractors ... including this one.0 -

No ... but I like looking at hot beach bodies.
Six weekends worth of seminars is all it takes for ACN "certification" ... and the OP either takes their crap seriously or hopefully trolls and realizes what stupidity they listened to.0 -
I'm so glad this got bumped so hopefully others can learn this valuable information as well.0

Load of crap.
Are you a doctor? Are you a scientist who has completed lots of unbiased peer reviewed studies? Or did you just stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night?0 -

The only valuable information in this thread is that you are either a troll or extremely gullible.
The person who spoke at your work is neither a doctor or scientist. They are, by your own admission, a chiropractor who touts his ACN certification (6 weekends of seminars and you can get the engraved plaque for your wall). Luckily for the guest speaker, people like you exist so they can continue to make money off the foolishness of others.0 -

 You're one to talk. "Well, he's a Dr!!" Of Chiro. That does not make him a dietitian, or give him any formal training in nutrition.0 -

Read the thread! He's also a nutritionist.0 -

He's not trying to make money. Just to help people....Not everyone in this world is so greedy....sheesh.0 -

Sounds like a great salesman, selling his sponsored products12 - Detoxing is great but only if you are up for it. You need to eat right and exercise first before starting your full body cleanse. He did a detox once when his body wasn't ready and ended up with hyperthyroidism. He started eating right though and it fixed itself.16 - You should do a parasite protocol every year because 9-10 people have parasites inside of them.0 -
One of many problems with this post:
"8 - You should only eat a max of 72g of carbs and 9g sugar per day."
If this was circa 2003, I would have been waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come running out behind the guy after his little "speech".
You got "Punk'd", and if you follow these guidelines, you will be ridiculously unhealthy.0 -
