Day 65 of 90:
I can still remember when
I couldn't make myself log in
My habit was to eat too much
It'd become an emotional crutch
But logging in forced me to face
The fears I thought I could erase
By eating my frustration
So using the myfitnesspal way
I log food and exercise every day
At first I struggled to keep track
And the exercises hurt my back
But despite discouragement and pain
Consistency finally lead to gain
Through 90 days of Inspiration

And if you don't like yourself a little bit, you are surely lost.

Day 70 of 90:
"Build this day on a foundation of pleasant thoughts. Never fret at
any imperfections that you fear may impede your progress. Remind
yourself, as often as necessary, that you are a creature of God and
have the power to achieve any dream by lifting up your thoughts. You
can fly when you decide that you can. Never consider yourself defeated
again. Let the vision in your heart be in your life’s blueprint.
Smile!”

Let's do this
Day 74 of 90:
"One of the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat." -Napoleon Hill0 -
This particular number marks a turning point for me. My pattern is to sabotage myself right when I am about to succeed at something. I've got 15 more days of logging in order to achieve my original goal. I can either challenge myself to do my best, or do what I've always done, putting success off for later, barely scraping by until the end.
The logging in part probably won't be the biggest challenge-- I can probably make myself log in for the next 15 days and come up with something inspirational to post. The challenging part will be pushing myself to reach my fitness goals over the next 15 days. I can already feel that familiar negative energy that takes me over just when I'm about to achieve something and says, "you don't deserve this" and creates roadblocks. It's almost like failure, as much as I tell myself that I don't like it, is so much more comfortable to me than success because it's what I'm used to.
This is my chance to do what I've never done, to sprint to the finish line instead of crawl.
So here's to finishing strong! :drinker:
Day 75 of 90:
Don't wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect.0
