I had a tuna mix. Tuna, Cucumber, Serrano, Jalepeno, Tomato, Onion (green, red and white), Cilantro, Lemon Juice and Advacado. It was spicy and delicious0 -
I always make my BLTs with mayo on one side, guacamole on the other. Delish!0

salad consisting of 1/3 cup of Quinoa, 1/3 cup of microwaved seitan, two cups of spinach, 1 medium tomato, half an avocado, 1/3 cup grated carrot, lime juice, peri peri sauce and about a teaspoon of citrus salad dressing, unfortunately this clocked up around the 500 cal mark0

I ate a salad with 2 cups of spinach, 2 cups of lettuce, 1 cup of shredded carrots, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of feta cheese and 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette. I also pan fry chicken breast (about 4 oz) with olive oil, salt and pepper, and I cut it up and put it in my salad. It was delicious!!0

My "breakfast casserole" of eggs, lots of spinach, potatoes, onions, ham and cheese. And a cup of coffee. I make a 6-serving 9x13 baking dish of it every weekend. It re-heats well in the microwave.0

100g raspberries, 100g blackberries, 82g peeled banana chopped covered with a flavoured low cal yogurt. It was like a big bowl of dessert yumminess. was only a couuple of hundered calories and I was full for ages.0

Zoosh Ranch Creamy Garlic & Parsley - Salad Dressing, 20 ml

Spring mix salad with carrots and cucumber, topped with Bolthouse Farms low-cal blue cheese dressing (not too bad). On the side, I had 8 oz of 93/7 ground turkey mixed with 5 eggs and topped with a dash of garlic powder and Sriracha. Prety darn good, now I'm ready for a snack though haha!!!0

Campbell's Go Soup, Coconut Curry with Chicken & Shiitake Mushrooms. It was alright but nothing spectacular, and not worth all the sodium in it.
I also ate a container of Naturesweet Glorys cherry tomatoes, which were delicious.0 -

Simple tossed spinach and cucumber salad with half a lemon as a dressing and sesame seeds to make it look pretty, topped with Talipia (fish) sauteed in sesame oil with some Italian seasoning. yumm0

Today I had a Graze Punnet that was 70 calories, but it was more of a snack before an early dinner. Yesterday, I had a cup of Pacifica Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup and a half of a grilled cheese sandwich made with 2 slices of Kraft Singles and a 45 calorie slice of bread and Kerrygold Lowfat Butter. 375 calories0

Leftover tuna salad from last night's supper. That's half a can of tuna, sriracha, relish, and mayo. I put that in between some romaine lettuce. I ate one roma tomato, some almonds, and some sugar snap peas.
I'm trying to eat less carbs and more veggies lol.0 -
