Four slices of Butterball thin sliced gourmet low sodium turkey breast rolled up with asparagus spears and all natural sun dried tomato hummus, eight baby carrots, one red pear. Total of 160 calories. Light lunch because I had two breakfasts
I am also a creature of habit so every other day I have an egg white omelet loaded with veggies and a slice of sarah lee 45 calorie whole grain toast, or a cup of greek yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in.

One should only have breakfast 4 or 5 times per day.

Today, I had a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat without vegetables or dressing. Usually for the past 3 weeks, I have been having Bumblebee Chicken Salad with 6 crackers kit and I drink about 6-8 glasses of cold water a day. Soda is only for special occasions. :happy:0

I'm guilty of a veggie bagel & cream cheese.... but the cream cheese was LOADED with tons of jalepeno... win some, ya lose some.
Not sure why guilt would be required with this or how it would be a loss.
