Sushi from Harris Teeters - I had a test this morning so I went looking for lunch VERY hungry. It was okay though. 300 cals.0

I had Chicken Tika Masala along with some baby carrots and a lemon bar.0

a salad (tomato, rocket, pepper, mushroom, chilli, cucumber) with sesame seeds and a couple of olives

Lunch was kind of boring today, but I enjoyed it.

Nothing yet. It's 1:30, I ate a late breakfast and just got back from a run. Trying to decide if I want to just have a meal replacement shake and then eat a larger dinner, or make something more substantial.
Mostly, I just don't have much food at home right now. I go out of town on the weekends and about this time of the week I don't really have much.0 -

Well it's not yet lunchtime in my time zone but I'll have the same thing that I do nearly every day at work: salad from the Whole Foods salad bar (greens, cabbage, shredded beets, shredded carrots, black beans & chickpeas) dressed with olive oil and cider vinegar and topped with 2 Boca burgers. Lots of fiber and protein.0
