    Salad: Spinach, snow peas, celery, carrots, red onion,mushrooms, red peppers, hemp & pumpkin seeds & a few slices of avocado. Dressing = raw garlic + balsamic vinegar + olive oil.

    45 gr quick oats nuked in cup of skim milk. mixed a little cinnamon in it and then added 170 gr fresh blueberries.

    Its what I frequently have but change the fruit up all the time.
