As long as I can remember I've had a bump in the top center of my face, along my hairline. My doctors all say it's noting to worry about.
Now that I'm down over 95 pounds, it's a bit more pronounced, perhaps I'm becoming a unicorn!22 -
A pair of jeans that have been sitting in my closet for TWO YEARS finally fit like they used to! Two months ago I couldn't have had them remotely close to buttoning or zipping.13

I pulled this cute top from my closet this morning. The last time I wore it was 4 years ago, I wore it once and then gained too much weight to wear it again. I LOVE shopping from my closet!!

NSV means non-scale victory. It's anything you accomplish that does not include a scale. And yes, doing what you did is an NSV. A lot of people will talk about measurements, fitting into smaller clothes or old clothes being too big. It can be anything you choose it to be.1 -
I gave up alcohol for good and decided I am going to start training for a power-lifting competition. My trainer says I could be ready by the end of the year. My squats were on point this morning!22

I put on my belt I haven't worn for awhile.I remember it being on the largest whole but now it is the 3rd notch from smallest.5

The scale finally moved after my weight staying the same or slightly fluctuating higher for around a month. Only a pound lost but a pound in the right direction.
I haven't been as strict on my food but definitely still logging on mpf.

Completed C25K yesterday and just downloaded Zenlabs 10K app. never thought I'd be a runner in my adult life and love it12

I thought it was my back injuries that were keeping me from spending time playing piano seriously. Yes, and no. Yes, the injuries made practice painful. Losing weight however did what years of recovery did not. I can now sit at a piano for 2-3 hours a day. I'm ecstatic.18

I did this a few months ago and have recently just completed the 10K challenge!! Running just 5 mins was a serious (and unenjoyable) challenge 10 months ago, now 30 mins is a "quick" run and I actually love it!16 -
I was doing weighted squats at the gym this morning and one of the gym instructors came over to tell me I had great form made my day!15

I fit in my size 10 shorts from two summers ago!9

All of my t-shirts were men's XXL. I had to buy new t-shirts because the ones I had were getting too big and flopping around all over the place when I work out. So I got some new ones... in WOMEN'S XL. Hooray, no more men's shirts!25

I wore a strapless day dress on Mothers Day and my husband commented that my shoulders were looking nicer from my lifting. Sweet!13

Took my blood pressure at CVS while waiting for my prescriptions to be ready...117/76!!!16

Tonight my husband took a step back, looked me up and down, and proclaimed, "You're shrinking!"21

I seem to be getting slight hollows at the sides of my face - maybe one day cheekbones will appear! I also think I'm down to only two chins now instead of three.21

I bought a bike today when I was at work. I rode it home ten miles. In jeans on a (for us) warm day. Didn't die. A year ago this wasn't so much a challenge -- it was inconceivable. Now I have a new commute option that will also get me cardio.22

My resting heartrate was at 49 bpm today; down from a high of 65 last year! THIS (amongst other things) is why I claim to be an athlete, although I'm only in competition with myself! Lol18

My recent nsv. I didn't want to repost the picture, though. Prior to this, I didn't believe or really see my progress, even though the number on the scale went down.

I went to a Boot Camp class today and didn't die.....yeah.17

I've dropped my BMI from class 3 morbid obesity to Class 2 obesity. I don't put a ton of stock into BMI but there is something symbolic to losing the "morbid" from my results37

I think that my DH paid me a compliment yesterday - I was making some comment about how much weight I still need to lose. DH said that compared to last year I am "positively slimline" and then went onto say that I am no longer the fattest person he sees wherever we go. I didn't take the conversation any further as I wasn't quite sure how to take that last comment - was it a compliment or was he being judgmental? Hmmm . . . .7

I'm calling buying a swim suit a NSV. I tried on about 20 and absolutely love the one I chose - a one piece, no skirt, good at keeping the girls contained, blue suit While I tried on suits, not once did I put myself down. I was able to just look at myself and consider what I liked and didn't like about the suit. Never did one thought about my body cross my mind. That is HUGE for me. A year ago, I would have been crying and going to a restaurant for a drink and crap food to drown my body hatred in. But not anymore!!! I can accept my non-perfect, work in progress body exactly as it is31

I bought a size 16 dress about a month ago for my nephew's baptism next week. Decided to put it on today since I've lost a few lbs and noticed it was feeling a little loose. I went back to the store to try on a 14 and it fit perfectly!! Haven't been a size 14 in a dress in like 20 years.21

I....bought my first push up bra, and it fits! And, I can fit into the clothes I used to wear years ago. I am now packing away my 'fat clothes'.
Also.... I AM NOT AT RISK FOR HEART DISEASE!!19 -
For the first time in my life, I dropped off a bag of clothes today because they were all too big, not too small!16

Walmart carried ring guards they help to keep your ring in place6

I lost 22 lbs and I am now able to bring the laundry up from the basement without huffing and puffing! And I am not waking up in the middle of the night from snoring.15
