Added graham crackers with nutella and raspberries after dinner.
So far, graham crackers are the only way that I've found to enjoy nutella.0 -
As promised here are some pictures of my usual spot I buy from. And for marvybells, french macaroons.
Sorry about the sizing.
Edit: And the damn macaroons fall victim to sizing. I give up.
HOLY WALL OF FOOD PORN, BATMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 11: NONE. <crying> went to an Italian restaurant. Ran out of calories for a dessert. And I don't even like bread that much! Need. Better. Planning.
For me, bread, rice, and potatoes are pointless foods. Not bad. Not "to be avoided." I just don't get that much enjoyment out of eating them -- my usual phrase is "bread is a butter delivery device."
I would much rather blow 300-400 calories on ice cream, no question.0 -

Have not tried... but that sounds perfect. Damn if I didn't eat all the graham crackers last night and am committed to not buying any more new food this week before we go to Italy next week. Next cleanse...So excited to post about my daily gelato in Florence!!!0 -

Have you ever tried the Nutella Sea Salt Peanut Butter cookies recipe that floats around on Pinterest? I love it, but feel it could use more Nutella - so you may really like it.0 -

No, I joined Pinterest, but I had trouble figuring it out.:laugh:0 -
Day 1: 450 ml lemon sorbet, 486 kcal. Okay, won't buy again; should be more extravagant for that amount of calories.
Day 2: B&J's Caramel Chew Chew. Sugar coma approaches, think I overdid it a bit.
Day 3: Small serving of salmiak liquorice ice cream, and Daim bar.
Day 4: White-chocolate cranberry cookies, mint thingies, and a couple of white-chocolate miniature bars.
Day 5: Mint thingies, few white-chocolate miniature bars.
Day 6: Half-healthy today; oranges and bananas with whipped heavy cream, which was about to go bad.
Day 7: B&J's Caramel Chew Chew.
Day 8: Cookies, different chocolate ones.
Day 9: Chocolate-chip cookies. Nowhere nearly as nice as homemade, can't wait to have a functioning oven.
Day 9 bonus: B&J's Caramel Chew Chew.
Day 10: Mini cinnamon rolls.0 -
Blech! Early AM videoconference meeting means I had to be on the road very early -- so eating sweets on the run. Lucky's grocery store bakery strawberry cream cheese strudel bites, plus two flavors of sweetened greek yogurt.

Day 1: French toast topped with Jeni's banana + honey ice cream
Day 2: Ben & Jerry's Milk & Cookies ice cream for breakfast. I'll also have a serving of Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl in my Greek yogurt tonight.
Day 3: Chocolate peanut butter Pop Tart with Edy's Slow Churned Peanut Butter Cup ice cream (see avatar), two Trader Joe's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds (2 is just enough to satisfy), and a serving of TJ's Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl in my Greek yogurt tonight.
Day 4: Talenti Sicilian Pistachio gelato for breakfast. 2 TJ's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds, and 4 pieces of Brookside dark chocolate covered goji berries tonight.
Day 5: 2 TJ's sea salt & turbinado sugar dark chocolate almonds, my last chocolate peanut butter Pop Tart with Edy's slow churned peanut butter cup ice cream sandwich, and tonight I'll have a serving of Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl cookie butter in my Greek yogurt and a spoonful of Jeni's sweet potato with torched marshmallow ice cream. *giggity*
Day 6: One spoonful (13g) of Talenti banana chocolate swirl this morning (still tastes like baby food bananas, but I'm not complaining!), and tonight I'm having a serving of Turkey Hill Dutch Chocolate ice cream.
Day 7: So far I've had 2 TJ's dark chocolate almonds, 4 Brookside dark chocolate goji berries, and French toast with 94g of Jeni's bananas + honey ice cream. Pic is my avatar, since I can't seem to resize from my phone. Much better this time. I used regular Martin's potato bread instead of the rolls, added cinnamon to the egg and used a little lite syrup.
Day 8: My daughter made me pancakes for breakfast, and I poured a little Hershey's syrup on a couple of them. At lunch I had strawberry pretzel salad, a small piece of chocolate raspberry birthday cake, with frosting that tasted like whipped milk chocolate, and an even smaller piece of white cake with buttercream frosting.
Day 9: Finished off the Edy's peanut butter cup (98g) for breakfast. I mean, really, could I let 32g of ice cream sit in that big container all alone?
Day 10: So far...2 TJ's dark chocolate almonds, 4 Brookside dark chocolate goji berries, 2 small leftover pancakes straight out of the fridge with chocolate syrup, and I'm about to finish off my pint of Ben & Jerry's Milk & Cookies. Also Speculoos Cookie & Cocoa Swirl is going in my Greek yogurt tonight. Might even taste test the frozen Greek yogurt I got the other night. Diary's pre-logged and I still have almost 500 calories left.0 -
Caramelized Onion Ice Cream: Went to the Ice Cream Shop this morning to pick it up. First I tried a taste of Chocolate Potato Chip... it was okay, but the potato chips were kind of soggy and kind of lacking flavor. Then I tried a sample of Ginger-Hibiscus. Maybe it was because I had just had the choco, but I didn't tast anything. So I went with Plan A: Pint of Caramelized Onion. As soon as I got home I had a taste... OMFG... it's like French Onion Soup Ice Cream. Had a half pint for PM snack.
Day 9: Banoffee Pie, Carmelized Onion Ice Cream
I can't even imagine onion soup as ice cream! I wish Sara was still posting in here. Over Thanksgiving, she had posted about some Thanksgiving themed ice creams, and one of them had turkey skin brittle and I'm pretty sure it also had onions. I wish I could remember all the ingredients. I never thought ice cream could gross me out.0 -
Drooling over all those bakery pictures.
Day 1 - Sweet Freedom vanilla ice cream and a chocolate protein milkshake
Day 2 - Pancakes and single serving vanilla cake
Day 3 - Kugel, more pancakes
Day 4 - Kugel for breakfast. Protein cheesecake at lunch. Pancakes for dinner.
Day 5 - Kugel and pancakes for breakfast. Chocolate protein milk shake as a snack. Yoplait frozen Greek yogurt with honey and caramel bar for lunch.
Day 6 - Protein cheesecake, cheese danish
Day 7 - Protein cheesecake, chocolate croissant. Apple pie a la mode, two bread slices with cream cheese and berry jam, and a serving of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel
Day 8 - Protein cheesecake. A Yoplait frozen Greek yogurt with caramel and honey bar, and a square of Cote d'Or dark chocolate.
Day 9 - Protein berry smoothie, Talenti sea salt caramel gelato, 3/4 cup of fat free chocolate frozen yogurt
Day 10 - Two buttermilk eggo waffles stuffed with sweet cream cheese (basically mixed with vanilla and sugar- so much yum), a jello sugar free chocolate mousse, and one of Desserts for Two ricotta cupcakes. They are SO good. Unfortunately (fortunately) I have to save the last 3 for my kids and my husband. Didn't even need frosting.0 -

I've got a ricotta pound cake recipe planned for tomorrow. Sounds delicious.0 -
Just pulled my chocolate cheesecake for tomorrow out of the oven-- it didn't even crack.

I just ate my B&J's Milk & Cookies, and I had logged it as two servings, because it was at about the halfway mark, but it was only 150g! I feel ripped off. I need to eat some Talenti now.

Whoah! M&Ms on a cupcake?! I'm coming up to visit. I'll sleep on the floor. Some of your pics look like they came from Balducci's. I'll have to take pics next time I restock.0 -

I had to look up Balducci's to see if we had one. Apparently we do, but the closest one is in Manhattan but it's a small gourmet deli of prepared food. The actual store is at least 45 min away more upstate.
I like that sad face picture. The best part about it finishing is more room for more stuff.
I hope you get a chance to visit the store. I love going there. I'm kinda worried it's not going to take me as long as I thought to reach $250 to get a $10 reward. Was that one ice cream flavor you had (I'm totally drawing a blank on the name, it was a funny one, two names) peanut butter and stracciatella (sp?)? I saw it at Balducci's, but I wasn't sure if that was the flavor you had.
I'm on the fence. I'm happy I'm getting through what I have, but it was so good, I was sad to be done with it! I just had a big spoonful of Talenti Pistachio.0 -
