The most useful is honestly counting calories. Really no different that anyone will tell youBe honest with yourselfa dn record what eat do not cheat yourself by not recording things
Even if you have bad days that way you are aware calorie wise what you are eating ont hose bad days. Also, the biggest things keepp going
I have had many downs days with eating or stalls etc just kep going pick yourself back up and keep moving toward your goal
No matter how many times you fall as long as you get back up you will reach it. Thank you for your compliments that was very sweet

I am 5'8", 40 years old and lost about 20 lbs. I went from 154 have been maintaining around 134 for about 4 months. I went from a size 10 to a size 4. It was so great to finally lose those 20 lbs!0
