Monday's recap:so here goes for Monday:
1. workout before the day gets hectic. YES 5.4 MILES ON THE ELLIPTICAL
2. drink lots of water. I KNOW I MADE IT PAST 100.
3. stay away from sweets and potato chips. FAILED
Tuesday's goals:
1. Make an eating plan and stay within its boundaries.
2. go to fitness class plus 30 minutes of cardio.
3. complete at least 20 minutes of zumba fitness on wii.
4. drink water all day.
Sorry I haven't been very talkative, but I do read what's going on with everyone. Hopefully I will have a chance to catch up soon.

Didn't reach my goal yesterday. Didn't do the walking. But off to a good start today. Did the 1 mile watp and some stretching. I know I can get the water in and I'll make myself eat veggies at lunch. Everybody have a good day::flowerforyou:0

12.14.10 Goals
1) WATER

Goals for 12/13/2010:
1. WATER!!!--Not bad, could be better, though.
2. Watch how much I eat (the choices aren't bad, the amount is!) Did pretty well at this.
3. Exercise for 60 minutes.--Done
4. Work on gifts.--Finished 1 1/2--just 2 1/2 to go!
Yay to all of us for continuing to work at it and not give up!
I also got some baking done and, yes, I ate some of the cookies. The rest are now in the freezer under a bag of frozen veggies and that's where they will stay until Christmas!
Nam--I also have the habit of looking everything up and I get frustrated when I can't. I know enough now to not have to depend on that but I really need to work on my mindset! Is it your birthday? Happy, happy day to you whether it is or not!
Goals for Dec 14--
1. Water
2. Exercise
3. LOG (or write down for) all my food.

My three goals for today will be;
1) 3 bottles of water (16.9 fl oz ea)
2) tonight is Yoga night - gotta keep those muscles flexible!

Now for goals as I get back into the swing of things again
1. Log everything!!
2. Clean House(don't know what but every room needs work right now)
3. Laundry (though I have to be careful cause for some reason its been backing up when I run it more than once a day gotta find out what's going on there)
Did well yesterday got it all taken care of.
GOals for today are still the same as I need to get myself used to working again. Just gonna add that I need to drink loads of water too!!
I'm off to get ready to go see the dentist and probably clean the bathroom while I'm brushing my teeth. hehe Kill two birds with one stone:)0 -

2. I did go to the class, 25 minutes on the bike
3. I didn't do the zumba fitness, but I went roller skating with my daughter for 90 minutes.
4. almost got to 100 ounces. I still have time.
Wednesday's goals:
1. zumba in the morning.
2. run intervals for 20 minutes.
3. drink plenty o' water

Really feel like I’m struggling at the moment. Was in bed at 7 again last night and could have carried on sleeping for hours more when my alarm went off this morning. Zombie Kim . Also the junk food. I need to do something about the amount of bad food there is in the house and office. I simply can’t seem to say no if its there.

1. mid week laundry- 1 to 2 loads so it won't pile up by the weekend.

I am proud of myself! I did really good on drinking water yesterday and I know I can--and will--do it again! The trick, for me, is to drink most of it before 4 or so--that way I don't wake up to use the bathroom!
Have a vet appointment for my kitty today--just routine--but other than that I just have my usual.

1. Water.
2. Exercise.
3. Log my food.
4. Work on Christmas projects. (and finish the cards!)0 -

Well except for drinking tons of water I did good. Goals for today are the same again! Would be eating a little healthier but i hate to waste food and there is stuff in the firdge that is going to go bad soon if I don't eat it. So its a left over kinda day. I am sharing with my daughter but we are the only ones here until friday when my hubby gets back from Chicago.

I ate over my limits by 169 cals. But I did reach my goals today. Walked away the pounds, drank 12 glasses of water, and did not eat any popcorn. Also I ate veggies at lunch (carrots)
Tomorrow's goals
1 Drink 8 glasses of water

3. Eat veggies at lunch.
No excercise today got a doctor apppointment and going to spend time with my parents.0 -

Afternoon all!
I seem to be dropping in and out of MFP with posting but thankfully I am able to log all my food and exercise on my phone so it makes it so much easier. Work Christmas party tonight so that should be fun. It's almost the end of the day here. I've had such a busy few days and feel like I've lost all motivation to do anymore work for the day! Goals for today...
1. Drinks tons of water.
2. Training before work *done*
3. Be productive at work.
4. Be confident with the clothes I am wearing tonight.
5. I know I'm going over on cals so enjoy it and don't stress too much!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes - made me feel very special!! Made me chuckle when I read all your lovely posts but actually it was my friend's birthday Mine is in September!!

@Nam - haha Well it's nice to feel special...I couldn't tell, only knew that it was someone's birthday. Have fun at your holiday party! I missed mine being on vacation, but I didn't miss all the money I would have spent on a dress, hair, nails and a hotel bill. So I really think it worked in my favor.
1) Get home safely with people driving on the road in the snow around me

I did get about 5 miles in between in-home walks and taking my grandson for a couple of walks. so exercise was good.

2. Log my food (and NO LATE NIGHT SNACKS!--go to bed when I get tired, instead!)

Hi All,
I've been doing pretty badly this week, I wake up each day deciding that today I am back on track and then it all goes out the window pretty quickly. I've been fretting also because Christmas is coming up and if the food is there I find it very difficult not to eat it. However as of today there is one week until Christmas and that, is loads of time. So I'm going to stop beating myself up and instead do what I can. Maybe the problem (aside from will power) is that I'm bored and its time to mix it up a bit. So with that in mind today's goals are all going to be around new things:
1. Try the next level of 30 day shred and try a new exercise.
2. Buy something healthy that I haven't tried before at the supermarket
3. Put together a new work out play list.
4. Most of all enjoy it. If this is a change of life style, I want it to be a change to having more fun.

3. exercise for 60 minutes.
4. Once again--finish the cards and get them in the mail!
So, I am now going to get my workout done and then I am finishing the cards. RIGHT NOW!

So those were my goals for Thursday and did pretty well on all of them. The xmas party was great fun and it felt great to have lots of compliments. I haven't seen at lot of people at my firm for ages (because they work at a different office) so that was nice. A little too much booze or rather I think it has more of an effect because I have barely been drinking. Anyway it was good fun although it has thrown me off the last couple of days. More of the same next week so I really have to try and train as much as possible.
I had to go to Court this morning and left there at 12pm and got home at 6pm. The journey is normally about 30 mins so it was a complete nightmare. There was basically a snow blizzard and our stupid council didn't think to grit the roads even though everyone has been talking about this snowfall prediction for ages.
Anyway enough rambling and onto weekend goals (even though it's a little late).
1. Sunday training hopefully Body Attack if the class is running.
2. Water water water.
3. I know I will be going over today but only by about 100 cals so must make sure I stay under on Sunday.
4. Rest on Sunday after training to get over the ridiculously busy week last week and to prepare for this week coming up.
5. If the snow let's up and the roads are driveable then try and get out to do some xmas shopping.

Haven't been posting daily but I have been sticking with the Couch to 5K program. Finished week 2 yesterday and will start week 3 Monday. Took the dog for a long trudge through the snow today. She actually gave up and went back to the house but I finished the loop around the lake.
Have been doing pretty good on water intake and logging my food. Only bad thing is the Christmas cookies I made last Thursday keep calling me!
Hopefully I'm still on track to lose another 5 or 6 pounds for the month of December.0
