Hi Everyone,
I’m having such a lovely morning. Yesterday evening I was getting a bit frustrated by my complete lack of will power and then a few things happened that just reminded me that while losing the weight is important its not the be all and end all. It’s made today so much easier. I’ve planned all today’s meals, got up early made myself a tasty and healthy lunch to bring to work and suddenly will power is not an issue, the chocolate in the office not at all tempting. I’ve also just got the results back this morning, from a quality assurance period we’ve been having at work and my team have smashed its targets! Then some one told me I was looking slim! Slim! No ones said that to me EVER! :smooched:
Thursdays Goals:
1. Water
2. Walk
3. Stay under on calories and sugar
4. Laundry – Its getting scary

So Wednesday's goals:
1. Water water water. *9 CUPS*
2. Stay under calories. *FAIL - STUPID CHEESE AND CRACKERS*
3. Try and get a walk in. *VERY SHORT ONE*
4. Healthy food at lunch and dinner and some greens in there somewhere! *KIND OF*
Kim what a great attitude! So pleased for you about your compliment! It shows all your hard work is showing itself and people are noticing!
Yesterday was an ok day. Had to go into work but was super busy all day. Managed to drink water as I was going along which I was pleased about although the late night snacking on cheese and crackers was not a good idea. I was doing so well until then.
Off work today and tomorrow so trying to make the most of it with exercise.
The plan for today is:
1. Loads of water.
2. Healthy energising food all day and no snacking on cheese and crackers today or else the cheese monster will come and get me!
3. Tri class in the morning and Combat in the evening.
4. Go shopping and enjoy myself!

12/29/2010 Goals:
1. water water water
I have lost 1.5 lbs so far and I attribute that to drinking this water!!! *** I did it
2. watch calories *** yay me----even though I had to skimp out on dinner to allow for those freakin cookies I ate...... I cleaned like a maniac so ......... I came out ok.
3.clean house when I get home! It's a tiny wreck! Cleaned and could clean like that for 3 more days and plan to while I'm off.
12/30/2010 Goals:
1.) get all of my work done at work
2.) water water water
3.) clean house when I get home!! And pray that my mom watches the kids tonight so that I can clean faster and I won't have little tornados following behind me. lolol0 -
12/29/10 Goals:
1) WATER - Wow Fail, I did not have any water at all yesterday...I did however drink massive amounts of diet coke. No Bueno!
2) If I go home after work - Clean the bathroom
If I go out after work - Have fun, but mind my calorie intake
3) Switch out purses and enjoy my new, shiny, silver purse LOL - WhooHoo! Love my new purse
So I went to work from home yesterday afternoon only to have all of these issues with my laptop. I was on the phone for a good hour or so and am in the office today because nothing was fixed. I had a conference call with some people about becoming a Beachbody coach. I signed up and have been trying to navigate my way through their website. Figured I might as well. I am bombarded with Beachbody products on here and it's a way to get 25% off of their products. It would be nice to make some extra cash though. We'll see how it goes.
Kathy- I'm glad the Magic Bullet is working so well. I should try using it to cook with too!
Kim - YAY! I love those comments. It always makes you feel good that someone is noticing your hard work.

Goals for Dec. 29:
1. Water!--Good
2. Portions and choices.--Very good
3. Exercise for 60 minutes.--Yes
4. Straighten up my room (can't find ANYTHING right now!)--Nope--still can't find things!
Kim--That's so great--both your good day AND the compliment! Makes one feel SO good!
Nam--Cheese and crackers--my downfall, too! Now I save them for special occasions (like New Year's Eve). I could eat cheese all day--but I don't (sigh!).
Jess--I remember the days of 'little tornadoes' following me! I think it was Phyllis Diller who said, "Cleaning the house while the children are growing is like shoveling the walk before it stops snowing!" So true!
Steph--Good luck with the Beachbody coaching. I hope it works out for you. I've thought about trying the products but right now I am unemployed and don't seem to have any prospects yet. Oh well--more time to exercise and cook healthy meals!

1. Water
2. Exercise for 60 minutes.
3. Healthy choices and portion-control.
4. Straighten my room and vacuum!
5. Plan the snacks for tomorrow night (besides the cheese and crackers, of course!:laugh: )0 -

1. Water--Not bad but should have been better.
2. Exercise for 60 minutes.--No (30 minutes)
3. Healthy choices and portion-control.--Did really good on this one until that Eggnog Cake called me!
4. Straighten my room and vacuum!--Nope.
5. Plan the snacks for tomorrow night (besides the cheese and crackers, of course!:laugh: )--Done.
Not my best day yesterday! Today I WILL do better on the exercise and the snacks planned for tonight are relatively healthy. The alcohol, on the other hand...(not really a problem since I can't handle much more than 2 drinks anymore!)

3. Exercise for 60 minutes (Maybe a bit more? Gonna try!).

I did well yesterday particularly with staying away with the cheese!! Kathy I'm the same and usually stay away but this was left over from Christmas so I gave into temptation!!
It's a little late in the day for my goals but since I'm on I may as well post them!
1. lots of water since I know I will be going over on calories!
2. Spinning or at least some form of exercise today *DONE*
3. have fun tonight!

Thursday went really well, yesterday was predictably a bit of a write off and today is a big family do so is probably going to be something similar. I’m not too worried, I’ll try and keep it reasonable and then get back on with being good tomorrow.
Saturday’s goals:
1. Water!
2. Don’t go crazy
3. Have fun.

Well, I didn't do as well as I would have liked but I also didn't go completely crazy so--I guess yesterday wasn't too bad!
A new day AND a new year=a fresh start, right?
Goals for Jan. 1, 2011:
1. Water and lots of it!
2. Definitely portion control!
3. Let the others eat the leftover snacks.
4. Try to get a workout in (just not feeling it right now, y'know?)
5. Clean the kitchen and vacuum.
