I'm lazy my breakfast is either 8oz OJ with 1 scoop Vanilla whey shaken well not stirred with a or without a bowl of oatmeal.

If I have time I'll make 6 egg whites with some shredded cheese.

Gluten free granola with rice milk, or Keefir probiotic smoothie, but then my breakfast is usually in the afternoon by the time I get up......I have found though the later I start eating in the day the less I eat for some reason....the earlier I start eating in the day...I tend to snack all day......

I do the same, but I put two cups of baby spinach and some cut up baby portabellas in it, and some feta.

ETA: I was trying to reply to the four egg whites, two eggs omelette reply

I have a protein shake at around 7:30-8am made with almond milk and then I have a bagel with a little bit of nutella at around 10:30-11:30 depending when I start to get hungry.

I don't tend to eat meals through the day, just have something small whenever I start to feel hungry and lots of water.

I usually have something different everyday or else I get bored. These are my regulars:

    Breakfast burrito
    PB Oatmeal
Homemade muffins (banana, blueberry, corn, etc)
    Whole wheat scones with berries
    Whole wheat biscuits with cheese
    Eggs, bacon, toast
    Whole wheat buttermilk waffles
Homemade granola with nuts and berries over yogurt or with milk

The list goes on, but hope these ideas help

My new favorite is scrambled eggs with spinach (cooked in bacon grease to give it more flavor).

I either have an egg with some sort of greens and/or homemade oven fries, preferably sweet potato or a protein and fruit smoothly.
I make the oven fries by slicing a potato ( white sweet potato is preferred) into longitudinal 1/4 inch thick slices, misted with olive oil and baked at 425 for 25 minutes.
For a change I might have a homemade egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon and a slice of cheese.

depends on whether you are talking about 1st or 2nd breakfast.
1st is a protein shake with a banana or pb2 in it.
2nd is either gluten free oatmeal or greek yogurt with frozen fruit.

Muesli with oat bran protein powder water Chobani yogurt, a sprinkle of flax sunflower and chia seeds and frozen berries. Mix it all together, leave overnight in fridge and its ready to go in the morning. 441 calories 12g fat, 38g carbs 39g protein 13g sugar 10g fibre.
Sometimes I make half the mix, add eggs or egg whites and make little muffins with it. you can tweak it how you like, many recipes online.
OR I make a veggie frittata in the evening and eat it cold for breakfast
    OR cottage cheese with fruit
Anything high protein seems to work, but if I am having a hungry day I can have a couple of milky coffees and that sees me through till lunch at about 1pm.
