    Andddddd I wrecked my road bike this morning. Owwie. That road rash should really help the mountain bike race I'm doing tomorrow morning! Lol.

    9/4 - 55 min stationary bike
    9/5 - 60 min stationary bike

    1285 min to go and maybe I can add a little diversity this weekend!

    I want to do this too. I'm late but I had:

    9/3 - 30 min (circuit)
    9/4 - 30 min (circuit)
    9/5 - 30 min (circuit)

    so only 1.5 hrs. 22.5 to go but I'll work on it!

    Also, is their a group for this or do we keep coming back here?

    2/9 - 95 minutes (lifting & core work)
    3/9 - 75 minutes (PT session; first time trying 'cleans'. Gonna take me some time to get my head round it!)
    4/9 - Rest day
    5/9 - 150 minutes (weights, circuits, some cardio and then a walk to the post office and back. So full of energy I could have gone on all day!)

    Total - 400 mins
    Time left - 1040 / 1440 minutes

    Went to the gym before practice today. Cruising along nicely on this challenge

    9/1 - 17 minutes jogging, 45 minutes of brisk walking
    9/2 - 60 minutes of flag football, 75 minutes of volleyball
    9/3 - 90 minutes of volleyball, 30 minutes of cycling
    9/4 - rest
    9/5 - 30 min stationary bike, 30 minutes adaptive motion trainer, 90 minutes flag football

    7:47 completed, 16:13 remaining

    Bit late to the party, but I hope you don't mind me joining! My results so far.

    24 hours is 1440 mins.

    Mon 1st ~ 70 mins cardio (gym) 50 mins lifting
    Wed 3rd ~ 26 mins running

    96mins total.

    Ok, so we have established that I can't add up! :-) Try again;

    1440 mins requied.

    Mon 1st ~ 70 mins cardio (gym) 50 mins lifting
    Wed 3rd ~ 26 mins running
    Fri 5th ~ 70 mins cardio, 30 mins lifting

    246 mins total.
