    -BEVERAGE OF CHOICE: ONLY WATER AND GREEN TEA

    I haven't done any of these since i been out of town visiting my aunt since dec 31st...so i will be marathoning it til i get caught up to today's workouts. I also need to plug in my bodybugg when i get home and upload the info there to see how many more steps i need to walk to catch up to 15,000 steps. Like I said I want to do @ least 5000 steps a day and I'm pretty sure I haven't done all 5000 steps a day...but i do know that i've walked @ least some

    What is your exercise plan?: Bally's Fitness Club - minimum 4 times/week, including power flex and aerobics, classes along with eliptical.
    Are you going to do a specific diet?: Sticking within calorie guidelines while eating healthy and nutritious foods. NO out to eat for lunch with girls from work ALL month! I told them all about it too, so they know I will not be joining them!!
    What is your biggest motivation to lose the weight?: Going to Cancun with a group of 5 women at the end of the month! I have been maintaining this weight since August and am ready to drop this extra 10 pounds this month!!

I'm back at work since yesterday and it struck me this morning how much my mindset has changed from December and the first thing I thought of was you:flowerforyou: without this group I think January would have been as bad as December and before I know it I'd gain the last 8 lbs I've lost so a big thanks

    since starting work for the new year on monday i have been eating mushroom n swiss snack wrap reason being is that i have not ate anywhere between 1200 - 1500 calories a day yet...lol....been doing great on no eating small fries and have been getting @ least 64 oz water everyday

    have not done ANY of the exercise vids yet...so instead of marathoning it....ill just get in what i can...TODAY i will definitely do:
    jillian michaels cardio kick box
    george foreman walk n box
    and the other jillian michaels video...walk @ least 5000 steps as well

    ****Please everyone read. We have been getting a lot of comments from people asking to join the group after January 1st. Which I am so super excited about. I know many group leaders often restrict their groups to 15-20 people because the less people the easier it is to track the weight loss in the charts. The more people it does take longer to make the chart, HOWEVER, I do not want to turn anyone away! :) So this is what we will do if everyone is ok with this, in the begining I said if you miss two weeks in a row of weigh in, we will remove your name. Instead whoever wants to join, they can at anytime, if anyone misses one week of weigh in I will remove your name. Please be here every Saturday. :) However, circumstances happen, and many of us do not have this app on our phones and can't be at the internet everyday. If you miss weigh in because you wanted to weigh in but could not please email me so we can keep you in the group. I think with this added feature it will really push ourselves to weigh in everyweek. At work we are doing the pound for pound challenge, so I have weightloss completey surrounded by me. If anyone needs that added help. Talk with your family, friends, coworkers about starting a weight loss group, weigh in together. With having MFP and the outside help, you will be THIN in no time. I believe in all of you!!!!!! :smile:

    It's been a great week so far..have gotten in all my work outs since Saturday-did some taekwondo, circut training, yoga and a personal training session. I am adjusting back to my regular way of eating after the treat fest of Christmas!

    I am pumped for the weigh-in. I took a sneak peak at my scale and I think killing myself on the treadmill is working.
    I did have my cheat day still this week, but it's just something I have to do for myself.
    But I haven't gone over calories yet. Which is a first in a while.
    I am so glad for group, it has really been helping me get back on track :)

    How I plan to accomplish this- working out at least 4 days a week for 45 minutes each time if not more. I have little support around where i live so i tried the december weight loss challenge and did great, so I figured I would do this one as well. Good luck everyone.
