Guys perspective on low maintenance gym girls

Just a heads up ladies... the less competent you are, the less likely you are to be taken seriously.
Let's put it this way, the most powerful women in the world look like this:
FIFY :flowerforyou:
Most of the most powerful people in the world are over 40 and on the whole, not especially attractive.0 -
Its not even a good photoshop... you can see the curve of the stuff behind her left tit.
Btw...don't forget that two of the women you referenced, used to look like this
Your point is? They're still nowhere close to being "hot" or "sexy" or "attractive."0 -
I'm WAY more into low maintenance gym girls who don't get made up to work out! What attracts me is seeing you bust your *kitten* and work hard. If you're there to be seen, all made up and NOT working out, then I have no use for you.
Note to self: wear a lot of makeup to the gym more often.
:laugh:
Best laugh all day.0 -
If I were to get an elective surgery, I'd probably opt for a big ol' bewb job.
Maybe something like this:
That way, when I go to the gym, all the sloppy slores & haterz will be even MORE jealous of me in my full face of make up liftin' up that heavy *kitten*.
I bow your awesomeness!!! :drinker:
Next drink's on me! :drinker:0 -
I don't know if it's necessarily about being judgmental...it just doesn't make a lot of sense to me to take the time and effort to do hair and makeup just to workout. A lot of the times I show up to the gym with makeup on because I come straight from work, but it sure doesn't stay there long because I'm sweating it all off before too long!
IMO, if you want to meet guys, go someplace else. Any guy who is going to care what you look like when you're working out is not a guy you want anyway. But if you happen to meet a guy who thinks it's hot that you are at the gym busting your *kitten* to get in shape, then that's a different story - no makeup required!0 -

Eh... plenty of research shows that women's looks get used against them when they're looking at professional advancement while good looking men actually get a boost from their looks. This isn't a diss against good looking women. Its an unfortunate side effect of a sexist society.0 -
hair tied back in a ponytail, no makeup, working out harder than any man in the gym.... so hot.
Fully made up. short shorts, bewbs exploding from your top, sitting crossed legged on a bench tapping out a text about how hard you are working out....see ya. Would never, ever date a girl like that. I respect the ones that are in for the grind0 -
I must say that one of the most freeing decisions I have ever made was not caring about what random strangers thought of me. Think I'm too made up for the gym? Cool story, brah. Think I'm not made up enough to even show my face in public? Still, cool story. This might be because I'm still chunky and I don't expect any sort of attention based on how "good" I look, but I would much rather be in a relationship with somebody who fell in love with my personality or intelligence.
:drinker: :drinker: this right here!! couldn't have said it better myself. I just don't care what others think, I'm too focused on my own goals to care.0 -
Just a heads up ladies... the better looking you are, the less likely you are to be taken seriously.
Let's put it this way, the most powerful women in the world look like this:
yeaaaah, when choosing people to run financial and political affairs, one should always rank them not by ability and experience, but by how conventionally attractive they are....in their 60s.
you can go away now0 -

Actually that's ENTIRELY subjective. Perhaps to you those women are not hot, sexy or attractive, but there are no universal standards for hot, sexy or attractive.0 -

That's your opinion now. In their time, they were definitely not unattractive. You aren't going to typically find old pictures of women in that age group in booty shorts with lots of makeup making duck faces as is popular now...
But yeah, most world leaders, male or female are not picked because of their sexy good looks (thankfully). So I'm not sure why this should be a reason to wear makeup or not in the gym. Who really cares?0 -

Exactly...and the same could be said for the guys who never break a sweat but stand around with their hair gelled and chains sparkling. The ones who don't even notice anyone else is around because they are too busy sweating ,caught up in the workout - those are the hot ones!0 -

I honestly do not understand the amount of time and energy that goes into discussing this subject. Is it a feeling of being imtimidated by more attractive or more attentive women? What is it? Do some people think that they're in competition with every other single person out there? I seriously want to know.
Women are contantly in competition with each other over who is more capable of inducing jealousy from other women.
That's the second most depressing thing I've read today. And completely untrue, at least in my own n=1 experience.
it is sad....and yet, isn't that what these threads are always about? women ranking other women based on the personal choices they make?0 -
Live and let live. If they're paying their membership fee, they can put on a ball gown, sit on the floor and read the newspaper if they want.
Exactly!0 -

Funny, plenty of research also shows that good looking women benefit from their looks in the job market
"AT WORK, as in life, attractive women get a lot of the breaks. Studies have shown that they are more likely to be promoted than their plain-Jane colleagues."

"The average callback rate was 30% across all of the CVs sent out. For attractive women, it was 54%, and for attractive men, 47%. Unattractive women had by far the worst results, with a 7% callback rate. Unattractive men had a 26% rate."

Glad to see your ok Jo and looking fantastically fierce.
because hot girls work out too

so I'm still confused- why can the girl wearing her hair tied back working out harder than anyone (why does it have to working hard than the men??) NOT still look good?
I'm SO confused by this.
<has full make up>
<has short shorts>
<has almost exploding shirt boobs>
<has 305 dead lift, 225 squat and a 185 bench>
tell me again how I'm NOT working hard and why the flying pigsa$$hole I have to justify the way I look to anyone?? at all. ever.
I'm hot either way... if I can be hot AND be happy about myself with my make up- which makes me happy- why can't I??
And why does how hot I look- or not look impact my workout-
Can someone explain why I can't be hot and work hard??
And how does it affect ANYONE else? Again
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS... because to date- NO one has answered them.0 -
and because we need this... because I want to

damn- I'll just have to take my fat *kitten* and my engineering degree and go play in someone else's sand box!!!!Yes. But I continue to believe that not all or even most women are like this.
All I'm thinking is
coffee
make up
clothes
*kitten* food
door- out the door OUT THE DOOR OUT THE DOOR.
I have yet to think of a single woman prior to 8 AM - with the exception of my current boss- who is a woman- and I only wonder if I"m going to beat her to work or not.0 -

I would like to think that not all women are like this. Maybe they are, who knows. There are some of us however that don't really care. Just remember to think like Ellen: my haters are my motivators, lol0 -
