    Hi ,My reference # is 61. I did boot camp today for 60 minutes and will try to go again to the gym in the evening for body sculpt.
    Feeling great and trying to eat more healthy.

    I'm going to be continuing the regular routine I'm on by walking 30 minutes again later and then strength training.

    I'll have to break up the challenge into four parts to accommodate my schedule since I joined late.

    Tuesday:
    20 min rowing

    Wednesday:
    15 min swimming
    60 minutes stationary bicycle

    #38 Finished up my second extra 45 minute cardio work out today in addition to my regular work out. :smile:

    So 2 out of the 3 extra workouts done.

    I will count today as day 1.. I did 30 mins of abs and did 2 miles of cardio =] which took about 30 mins or so..

    #94 - Completed 1/3 of adding an additional 45 mins of cardio to my workout on top of what I already do

    36 mins Fat Burn Cardio
    33 mins - Cardio Groove
    20 mins - Kick Boxing

    I typically insure I have 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week.

    I need a challege, I am on board. I've used this site for tracking calories and exercise, but it hasn't helped. Maybe working with a group and being accountable will help.

    Hope it's not too late to enter. Challenges are a huge motivation for me.

    I started really exercising on Sunday. I did 48 mins on an elliptical. I did 52 mins on Monday. And I did 1 mile (18 mins) on a treadmill, 27 mins on an elliptical, and 5 mins on a natural runner machine today.
