    I have another question:

    Should we post how long we workout regularly in addition to the time we spend fulfilling the challenge?

    You can if you want to, just so everyone can see what you are doing, or you can just post the challenge accomplishment!!

    I will count today as day 1.. I did 30 mins of abs and did 2 miles of cardio =] which took about 30 mins or so..

    I need a challege, I am on board. I've used this site for tracking calories and exercise, but it hasn't helped. Maybe working with a group and being accountable will help.

    Hope it's not too late to enter. Challenges are a huge motivation for me.

    I started really exercising on Sunday. I did 48 mins on an elliptical. I did 52 mins on Monday. And I did 1 mile (18 mins) on a treadmill, 27 mins on an elliptical, and 5 mins on a natural runner machine today.

    My original workout goal is to do 30 mins 5X a week, but I've been exercising everyday of the week so far and usually over 30 mins. I haven't done an entire 45 minute workout on top of my 30 minute work out yet, but I have been making a point to exercise more for the challenge! Today I walked for 30 mins during the day and then did 30 day shred at night to get in my extra minutes!

    Ok you guys, i wanted to remind you that there are 2 more days to complete Challenge 1. I have a lot of log ins from a lot of you... but i have received nothing from a lot of you too. I am going to post a list of what i have logged for you. If i may have missed you for some reason, please let me know. I do apologize. We now have 102 Challengers, and its a lot to keep up with!!!

    Just find your number and make sure the log in is correct. The date so much doesnt really matter, i use the date that you logged.

    Sunday 1-2-11 Worked out for 15 min and walked 2 miles
    Monday 1-3-11 Worked out for 10 min and walked 2 miles
    Tuesday 1-4-11 Worked out for 20 min and walked 2 miles
    Wednesday 1-5-11 Worked out for 15 min and walked 2 miles I also did four flights of stairs up and down Its a start:)


    The plan is to work out for 15 min thru and fri and walk 2 miles each day. This will be a total of 1:30 of a work out and then how ever long it takes me each day to walk the 2 miles 5 x. This should be the extra 1:30.:

    I just did another round of 30 day shred, adding another 22 minutes onto today's workout!
