    Monday's goals:
    1. Keep up under cals. *WENT OVER BY 20^
    2. Walk at some point even if it's only short. *20 MINS*
    3. Water throughout the day. *NO ONLY 6 CUPS*
    4. Take lunch from home in the morning. *I DID THIS ONE! *

    Crappy day today workwise but pleased I managed to eat healthily. Tomorrow is a new day!

    Tuesday:
    1. Water.
    2. Keep under cals.
    3. Walk to court and back. No taxis or buses allowed.

    I was back in the office yesterday. It was great to get out of the house but I was pretty tired by the time I got home so I didn’t really get much done in the evening before going to bed. I’m hoping to fit a bit more in today.

    Tuesday’s Goals:
    1. Under on calories
    2. Water
    3. Short walk at lunch don’t get carried away
    4. Draw

  • Blew yesterday except for the exercise. I got some Just dance in and yoga before my back went totally stupid.

    Tuesday Jan 18
    1.)payroll, finished and fast. along my accident requests.
    2.)water
    3.) carbs/cals. Craving a subway salad for lunch so I should be ok!!!!
    4.) Make it to the tanning bed.
    5.)Clean the house when I get home.


    I so wish I could get rid of this cold..........

    Frub we need to go get massages and sit in a sauna. Maybe that will make us feel better..................... mmmmmm we can dream can't we?

    Goals for Jan. 17:
    1. Water.--Very Good!
    2. STAY IN MY CALORIES!!! (NO nighttime snacking!)--Stayed in my calorie goal but did have a PLANNED snack last night.
    3. Exercise.--Yes. Did the Biggest Loser Power Walk (1st 3 miles) and WOW! can I feel it today!
    4. Meditate.--Yes.

    Yesterday turned out to be a good day all around. I plan on doing it all again today (though I will do a different exercise routine!).

    Goals for Jan. 18:
    1 Water.
    2. STAY IN MY CALORIES!!
    3. Exercise.
    $. Meditate.

    Congrats on the 2 pounds, Nicole! I went down another pound this week. I hope to be agreeing with my ticker soon!

    Jess and Frub--maybe you should go easy on the exercise until you are well again. Most experts agree that if the symptoms are relatively mild and ABOVE the neck (ie: headcold)moderate exercise is okay. For symptoms BELOW the neck (ie: cold is in your chest, stomach problems) you should concentrate on eating healthy and resting so your body can do its job and get you well again. And you should NEVER exercise if you have a fever of 101 or above!
    I want you to get well so take care of yourselves!

    Monday's recap
    Monday's goals:
    1. complete level 2 and level 3 shred. YES AND YES
    2. do not get on the scale. (easier said than done...lol) I GOT ON IT, BUT GOT OFF BEFORE THE NUMBER APPEARED HAHAHA
    3. eat healthy all day, don't have a meltdown in the evening. I DID REALLY GOOD, NO MELTDOWNS!
    4. keep chugging! ALL DAY
    5. keep logging, it seems to really be helping! YES

    It's already after 12, but I will still post my Tuesday's goals:
    1. Go to kickboxing plus 30 minutes of cardio.
    2. do level 1 shred
    3. drink 10 or more cups of water.
    4. straighten up the house.

    1 and 2 are already done. Still working on the water and the house. I have to pull out something for dinner, just don't know what yet.

    I think that's the best idea I've heard all week! Last time I went to a spa they had a very good looking guy walking round the pool taking drinks orders. I think would that would definintely help us feel better too. :smile:

    Wednesday's goals:
    1. Don't get lost on my way to presentation today (as soon as I get behind the wheel of a car I lose all sense of direction, even with a sat nav.)
    2. Under on calories
    3. Water!
    4. More drawing!

    1. zumba plus 20 minutes (have to cut it short because of my dentist appointment)
    2. shred level 1
    3. drink 10 cups of water.
    4. 50 push ups and 50 crunches (not counting the ones from shred)
    5. nothing to eat after 8.

    Did okay yesterday. Came a lot closer to my calories but was still under. (I try to be 100-200 under, just in case!)

    Still a bit sore from the Biggest Loser Power Walk so will do something else today and try that one again tomorrow.

    Evening all! I totally forgot to post yesterday it was a busy day. Just about stayed under calories, went to legs bums and tums and got my water in today.

    On to tomorrow:

    1. Loads of water.
    2. Eat little and often throughout the day.
    3. Adidas zone cycling, combat and balance after work. I must be mad doing all 3 one after each other but I really want to push myself!
    4. Be productive in the afternoon - working at home again.

    Haven't been commenting too much on everyone posts but just wanted to tell you all you're doing so well and keep logging everyday! We're in this together!!! :flowerforyou: :drinker:

    3. Walk
    4. Early night.

    Yesterday was a good day! I spent longer at the dentist than I would have liked to and then I was super tired. I took a nap and still went to bed early. I wasn't able to eat much. I just had 2 protein shakes and a chicken salad for dinner.
    Wednesday's recap:
    Wednesday's goals:

    3. drink 10 cups of water. (12 cups)

    1. stay on top of the laundry.
    2. shred level 3 plus abs and *kitten*
    3. zumba on wii atleast 20 minutes

    Whoo! Gave my self a challenge and started the second disc of Power 90 early. What a shock to the system. I was really pushed. Can't wait to see how I do with the Cardio portion. Yikes!

    1.20.11 Goals:
    1) WATER
    2) Power 90 W3D5
    3) Cook dinner and make extra meals for the weekend.

    3. don't eat all my food at the restaurant. take home some of it, even if it isn't half.
