    I currently do 30 day shred every day, so that should take care of the sit ups and a lot of the cardio, and the rest I'll make up with couch to 5k! I'm already trying to drink 64oz a day, at least, and my calorie goal is at 1200, which (from what I've read) is the lowest that's recommended so I'll have to stay at that! This week is going to be a little easy! I did move up to level 2 on 30DS tonight, so I will be working out a bit harder this week!

    4. Cut 100 calories from your diet EVERYDAY this week. Accomplished. Way under my calorie goal tonight.

    cleaned house, did tons of laundry, dishes, took downn Christmas inside and out, but no "official" workouts.

    Okay - *Official* report since day 1 of this week is done (and I was worried about the calories). :)

    1. Drank 8 glasses of water total.
    2. 0/3 Situps - Skipped this one today.
    3. 1/3 Cardio - Done: 30 minutes of Kinect Your Shape.
    4. Ended the day 281 calories below my goal.

    I'm not sure cutting calories is a good thing for me because I'm already aiming for (and mostly hitting) the 1200 calorie minimum, but I wasn't hungry anyway, so I went with it... Can I store them up?? Can I say that since I ended yesterday 281 below, then I can count 181 of that towards today and tomorrow??? LOL

    Haha! I did that yesterday too and got lots of funny looks because our Christmas stuff was still up on January 8th!!! Glad I'm not the only one!!

    My normal calorie goal is also 1200. I usually stay within a 100 range above or below 1200, depending on what I eat. Sometimes I go over a few hundred on a bad day.

    5/5 water I drink at least 4/34 oz cups a day on my days off
    6/15 situps complete 2 of 3 days complete
    calories logged less than 1000 for the day, ( I just found out you can put medifast foods in on this so I don't have to log them two places.. Makes me a happy girl...

    No cardio today

    Have a great day all off to do some cleaning..

    1- 5/5 (8oz) will drink more i aim for 8 glasses per day
    2- 6 sets of 15 sit ups (This was harder than I anticpated!! I did crunches not full sit ups)
    3- 30 mins of additional cardio 35 mins Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD, 57 mins Slim in 6 Burn it up DVD (I think I am gonna die!!)
  • Yay week 2!

    Managed the water for today, 30mins cardio, 100cals less and half way to the sit-ups. Still got a couple of hours left before bedtime to fit it in.

    Good luck to everyone from last week and to the newbies this week.

    I've got the rest of my meals planned out today and I'm at exactly 1100 calories. I'm going to exercise later and eat lunch around two or so, eat a snack, exercise, eat dinner, get ready for bed. Usually I eat around 5, but yesterday I ate at 7:30 and that helped me so much to not get something else to eat after dinner, since I don't go to bed until 10 or so. I'm thinking that I'll eat later this week to help me drop those 100 calories. Wish me luck! And good luck to everyone else this week!

    That's what I'm going to do too on the sit ups. There is no way I'd be able to do 6 sets of 15 at one time, so I'm breaking it down throughout the day.

    yesterday 1-8-11 I completed my water intake 5/5 and did 25 sit ups. I was doing 15 a day so i increased it to 25. I was also able to take 100 calories away and didnt miss them at all.

    1-9-11
    2/5 for water and took 100 calories away. I changed my goal and it automatically changes everything for me!!! So i dont even miss them!!

    I still need to do my exercises for today. Im just so tired and i really dont feel like it. I just want to sleep. its been a long week end for me this week.

    Hopefully I will do some kind of work out but i cant promise:(

    75minutes cutting , stacking, unloading firewood (cardio/strenghth) aprox 445 calories burned 2/5 done for week
    Calories right on 1000
