There was no way I was going to manage cutting 100 calories yesterday. But I figure I've built up a bit of a buffer with having cut So many the first two days! I'm still trying to figure out where to work in the situps!!0 -

I go to the YMCA at least 4x a week. I walk/jog 2 miles on the track and try to get at least 40 mins on the Ellipitcal as well as strength training. Training for my 1st 5K in March!0 -

I found that it is getting easier to drink the water!! again today I finished 4 cups by noon!!!! I finished 8 yeaterday Im already at 5 for today and im not done.
Im adding sit ups as long as i can handle them. Today I did the 25 then i finished the work out and then did 15 more!
I just keep trying!!!
