HELLO SORRY I ASKED THIS ? BEFORE BUT I HAVE NEW FRIENDS ASKING TO POST AGAIN TO SEE WHAT PEOPLE SAY..BUT WHATS YA HEIGHT? WEIGHT? AND WHAT WEIGHT YOU WANNA BE?AND WHAT YA CURRENT JEAN SIZE'S?THANK YOU FOR POSTING...SORRY AGAIN FOR ASKING THIS ? AGAIN LOL BUT THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR COMMENTS OH YEAH ANOTHER THING DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TO EAT TO GET RID OF LOVE HANDLE?OR A EXERCISE ROUTINE?

I'm 5"9 and currently 179 (heaviest every weight 186)
I've been down around 135 in the past but its too skinny for my height and too hard to maintain. My goal weight is about 145-1400 -
I am 5'8" and 157. I wear a size 10. My goal weight is 140. At that weight I wear a size 8. Plates and yoga are great for those love handles. I have 7 children but no weight in the waste.0

I'm 5.7 and 1/2, I weigh 148.8 now, started at 172 my goal is 147 but would like to be 140 (that's my super slim weight).
jeans size 8, lowest ever wa about 125 but I didn't look too great.0 -

I'm 5' 9'' top weight 185 (after my son was born). I currently weigh 140. And am in a size 8. I love being this weight. There is nothing you can to do get rid of love handles other than lose more weight. Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce.Good luck!0

Hey there...I'm 5' 8" and weigh 212.5 right now...started at 224 and size 18. I can do a 16 now in some things...My goal is 165. The least I've ever weighed is 180 and I was a size 12 then.0

I am 5'9.25'' and I am currently 168lbs & wear misses 10 or a juniors 11/12 [us]
My goal weight is 155 :happy: & a size 8!!!

I'm 5'9". My starting weight was 219 (on MFP) and I topped out in a size 20. I'm currently at 180 (size 16 jeans - loose!) and trying to get to 150 (what I weighed when I got married). 135 was what I weighed in my early 20s and it was really too skinny for my build, so I'm trying to be realistic.

Thank you everyone for commenting...I see everybody has a different body type and stuff..because im a size 12 and I weigh 185 I think I could weigh less becuz I weigh my self 2morr yayyy hopefully I lost something ya know I can't image weighing 170 and wearing a size 11 or 10 it would be great0

i am 5'8 1/4" and i started out at 180.8 (my heaviest ever), I am now 176.8 and a size 10 or 12 depending on the brand. My goal is 150 because thats what i made it to 2 years ago and i looked and felt great! That had me in a size 6 or 8 pants and small tops0

I'm 5.11" and weigh around 230 lbs (well, I did two weeks ago and it's my heaviest weight ever). I've just started healthy eating and exercising again so hopefully I've lost a bit now. I'm a Uk size 18/20. I'm not sure if this would help with love-handles but hula-hooping might work? I know you can't really lose weight from one area so perhaps do cardio to burn fat generally and hopefully they'll shift pretty soon0

I'm 5'8" and around 219lbs. I wear a size 16/17 generally. If I want really lose pants I'll buy 18 but most of my stuff is 16. Core workouts are good in general for your midsection and back. I'm aiming for 160lbs eventually but right now I'm working towards 190.0

6'2" and I weight 190 (size 11-12/ 31-33, athletic build). At my lowest weight (at my current height) I was 158 and people would tell me that I had sunken eyes. I am aiming for 170.0

I'm 5'8" 1/2...and my current weight is 202...I'd like to get to around 145 pounds if possible. Back when I was about 20 years old...I got my weight down to 115 pounds...but everyone around me told me I looked sick and that it didn't look normal. About 3 years ago...I got my weight down to 160...which I think is just about the perfect weight for me...but I'd really like to get down to 145 if possible...gonna keep truckin'...cause I still have a long ways to go...0

I'm 5'9" and weigh 195.5 (started at 206 and MFP at around 201 or so). I would be happy to get to 165 (wedding weight) but just under 150 would be awesome! I think that would put me at about a size 10 jean (I have a slim upper body/stomach and wide hips so I don't think I could physically get under a size 10).0

I'm 5'9.5" and currently at 173lbs. I started on MFP at 180 on January 1st, my highest weight ever.
About 5 years ago I was at 135lbs and super-fit. I loved being 135-140lbs. I was running about 30 miles a week and fast too. However, between a pregnancy, c-section #3 and struggling with hypothyroidism, I gained quite a bit. Now it is time to lose it.
My current goal is 145lbs, and I'll see how I feel about going lower once I get there! I know that I feel icky at anything over 160lbs.0 -
I'm 5ft 9 1/2 and currently 155 lbs, my goal is 150. I wear a UK size 14, (US 12) and will never get into anything smaller because of my hips, but I love being curvy so that doesn't bother me!0

I'm 5 ft. 8.5 inches, weight 134 lbs (small boned), I'm on Weight Watcher's Maintenance and my weight is usually between 130 to 135 pounds. I wear size 5 jeans (Canadian). My highest weight was 186 pounds before I joined Weight Watchers in 1998.0

UK sizes are different - my goal is to be a size 10 in this country. And you know what? I'm going to get there and then I shall post before and after photos to show you all0 -
Hi - I'm 5'9, currently 220lb but just recently started new healthy eating and lost 4lb since last Sunday - just shows you how unfit, unhealthy and stuck in a rut I was. 1200 calories per day but usually dont manage to eat that much - MFP is great for motivation. Used to just be pear shaped but currently feeling more 'round'!! Generally size 18 top and bottom. Married 20 years ago in April and was 147lb - aiming for around 168lb ish as felt was too light for my build then. good luck to my new MFP friends.0

6'3 started @ 485 lbs. very large frame. people were surprised at me being 485. most of my family and friends guessed 350-400 lbs. range. now sitting at 389. nearing my 1st 100 lbs. lost. I look like 300 - 350 though.0

Im six foot and weigh 329 pounds. I wear a UK size 26. My goal weight is 154 pounds. Never been anywhere near that weight and have no idea what size that will make me as I come from a family of big people (both height and girth) and so have nothing to compare to!0

I am 5'11 weigh 170.5 ( My first MFP weigh in this morning actually) and jeans anywhere from 9-12..depends on store etc and my short term goal is 150..long term i'd like to drop another 10 and maintain at 140...
