I am 6'0. 36 years old. Hit 5'10 at 12 years old. Since i can remember buying clothes it started out at a junior 15/17 and skyrocketed from there. starting this process i wore a 24/26 at 315 now I'm at 275 and wear and 18/20 (6 feet tall) my goal weight (which is still above what the charts tell me it should be) is 185 I in no way want to be a rail, but healthy, curvy and proud to be tall and fit. can't wait to see what i look like there - think i will look unstoppable LOL0

I am 5'9" - currently 150lbs. Heaviest at 172, lightest at 118 (when I was pregnant of all things...eek!). My goal weight is somewhere around 137-140 and a size 6. I'm a size 8 right now with Old Navy Flirt jeans - could squeeze into a size 6, but it wouldn't be flattering!0

I'm 6'3".. but I'm a guy.... I joined to lose 28 lbs.. I have lost 14 so far, half way there. I realy use MFP to log my diet, fats, carbs and protien, and vitamins.

I am 5'9 and weigh 224, size 18. My heaviest was 236 (in December 2010) and I was in denial of being a size 20. I have an athletic build, so when I weigh 185, I actually look really good and have no back fat and just a small belly. The last time I weighed 185 was in 2006. I was seeing a trainer 3x a week so I was solid. At 185, I am in a size 14 and am comfortable at that weight. BUT...my ultimate goal would be anywhere from 165 to 175, size 12 or 14. I can't imagine being 150 pounds and 5 feet 9 inches tall!! I looked grossly skinny at that weight...you know, back in the 90's! Anyway, everyone has such a unique body type. I just want to feel fit and look great so anything under 200 lbs and size 16 or below works for me!!!0

I'm 5'9" and I weigh 165.5 and I wear an 8 or a 10 depending on the brand. I weighed 230 after I had my son but stayed at 199 a year after having him. I want to get down to 155, that's a good size for me!0

I am 5'9 and currently weigh 323. My heaviest was 348. I wear a size 28 jeans. Not proud to acknowledge it but it is who I am and I am working hard to get to a healthy weight of 160. Have a long road ahead of me but with MFP, I know I can do this .0

I'm 5'8 and starting weight was 206. My current goal is 165. That's what I was when I got married (a nice size 10/12). I thought I looked super cute, and healthy. I'm currently at 195 and making progress. Good luck!0

I am 5"8" and currently at 161.6 pounds. My highest weight was 280, that was about 15 years ago. My goal is 150. Right now I wear a size 10 us jeans....I have never gone under 157 pounds, so I dont know if 150 is meant for me, but I am shooting for it!!!0

For exercise I do A LOT of cross-fit/ rock climbing/ and running. I have recently started gaining a lot of lean muscle from weight lifting (lots of reps with lighter weights) and doing parkour/ cross-fit.0 -
I am 5'9 3/4, not quite 5'10 and weigh currently 180
135 was my lowest weight achieved 6 yrs ago. I want to get back to that.
185 was my heaviest non-pregnant weight.
Pilates is great to help with the mid-section. :happy:0 -

I am 5'9" and my top weight was 180 (last year). I am currently 163 (started 2011 at about 170) and wearing a US juniors 11/12. The lowest I've been was about 145 lbs in a juniors 7/8 (just barely a 5/6). I wasn't really thrilled with my body back then though, and I'd love to get around 135-140. I'd be happy to wear a 7/8 again, but a 5/6 would be the bomb dot com. I don't know though...I was a very straight box-shaped girl when I was 145 lbs and I like the hourglass curves I have now, so I hope those stick around.0

I'm 5'8 and I weigh 197.5. depending on the brand I wear a 10 or 12. Levi's sz 10 usually. I have a bubble butt though so maybe ppl at same H/W wear a smaller sz?0

I am 5"8 and a 1/2 ( not giving that up lol)... and currently weigh 143... was at my goal of 138, but having trouble getting back there after moving in w/ my parents! I wear around a size 4 - 6 (depending on store) and feel good at 140. 138 just keeps me in check lol !0

I am 5'7-almost 5'8' and weigh 160. My goal weight is 130-its always been my optimum weight. I started at 171 but that was after losing 15 pounds imediately following delivery of my baby. Breast feeding is actually keeping weight on. I currently wear a size 12-but am working to get into a size 8, and then a size 6 once I stop breastfeeding0

I'm 5'9, maybe more like 5'10" when I'm standing up straight I'm currently 148 and I wear a small 8 (gap) or large 6 (levis, some other brands) in jeans and medium in most other things. My goal is 135-140 depending where I feel good.0
