    I apologize for being so MIA on here this week! I will try harder for next week!

    Last week I was 178.8 and today I weighed in at 174.8! I am really surprised that I lost 4 lbs in one week, but maybe it was because last week I didn't lose at all. But I wasn't even trying that hard this week and it happened! I am going to try hard this week to keep those 4 lbs off and hopefully lose more!

    2. 8 Sets of 25 Squats 3 out of 7 days this week. - I did the 600 over 6days so challenge done
    3. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week. - Managed 5/7 this week :)

    Weekly weigh in for Challenge 4: 139

    Down 1 from last week. Fridays are the days I eat the most it seems. I was down to 135 on Wednesday so I'm not sure if some of my current weight is from the food baby I made last night. I know my clothing has become looser, so something is going right. = )

    I'll work on shifting my intake around so I take in more on Saturdays, instead of Fridays. Maybe that will better reflect what I actually weigh.

    #47 - Had to move my weigh-in a day later this week. I was out of town Friday & Saturday.

    As of this morning:

    195.8

    A loss of .2

    I guess it's better than nothing... I will be taking measurements from now on as well. Every week when I weigh in I will take measurements as well. Took starting measurements this morning. The scale just jumps around too much for me, and I'm afraid that if I see no progress, or very little, or a gain (*gasp*) that it will cause me to give up. I need to see results. :)

    Didnt weigh in on Saturday because of my work schedule...but todays weight was 172.6!!!!
