I participated in a similar challenge a few weeks ago, and failed to make my target......but look at me go now! I should have set a higher target for myself. Yea!

Monday - 490 cal ....treadmill, zumba and tae bo...
Tuesday - 709 cal - Tae Bo 30 min 284 cal / Treadmill "Walking 3.2 miles/hrs 25min - 226 cal and zumba 20 min - 199 cal
I got my HRM....it says I burn 199 calories while doing zumba for 20 min and 284 calories while doing 30 min Tae Bo ( I hope it is right as I did set up HRM with my weight and max HR...

ANyone using HRM, Please let me know your experience....Does the calories burn seems right...

I kicked *kitten* today, but I had to in order to make up for eating 2,000 calories. I still finished the day at 200 above my 1200 goal but I feel good because I knew I had to make up for eating so much, so at 9:30pm I bundled up and got my butt out the door to run. It felt great once I got going. I love my city. It snowed 10 inches 2 days ago and already they have the running trails cleared off! Tonight I made some new playlists to motivate me to run tomorrow.

That is one of the things about MN I miss. No matter the weather they want you outside having fun so they clear the snow pretty fast. Good job on getting out there.0 -
