1. More water than yesterday. YES
2. Rest all day. YES
3. Healthy dinner choice. Going out for my grandfather's 85th birthday. YES
A little late for goals today but generally did well. Made it under goal by 2 calories!
Goals for Tuesday:
1. Water.
2. Healthy food all day.
3. Light exercise in the evening buy do something at least.

1. 6-10 cups of water depending on my sodium - Not so much.... I'd forgotten that my mom is having water issues that makes her tap undrinkable and she's tight on money, so doesn't buy bottled. :ohwell:
2. Log as closely as possible. I'm going to my mom's for the afternoon, so some stuff might be estimated. - This worked out better than I expected.
3. Week 1, Day 3 of sit-up challenge - Yep!
4. Bed by 10 - Not so much.... I hadn't even completely unpacked my car by 10.
Sorry I missed today! I've been super tired recently and have been having trouble getting out of bed with enough time to get dressed and ready for the day before working, so wasn't able to post new goals before leaving the house and wasn't at a school where I could get online. I've done pretty decently on my "regular" goals, though: A little short on water, but under on everything and I got some exercise in this evening.
Now, though, I'm going to post goals for tomorrow so they're done. I'm sticking with fitness for the most part, though, because I don't yet know if I'll be working or not....

It was frustrating at work yesterday. The state government has decided that all out-of-state deliveries have to be 'quarantined' for 24 hours for some reason. (Can't be disease--any diseased deliveries seem to come from in-state!)
We have NO idea where we will be able to keep them. It's a rather small garden center compared to most. Oh well, we'll figure something out but it certainly is going to make the job more difficult!

1) WATER - 64 oz so far (5pm) - I think this is as far as I got. I had a diet coke with dinner and no other beverages

I've got a migraine from hell right now and don't know really what's causing it. I think its the weather though. So I'm not going to try to do a whole lot. This is the only thing that I hate about spring. I'm gonna go lay down and hope that this goes away soon. I can't even go anywhere to get more migraine meds.

Hi All,
I'm posting quite late today (its 6pm here) I had a work event. It was a teenage health fair. I was on the sexual health stand. Lets just say it was an entertaining and enlightening day. It turns out there's just about nothing teenagers won't say to a complete stranger. I also learnt a few new words.
Today I did my first day of couch to 5k. I feel brilliant. I knew it would be tough but I was shocked by just how quickly my chest hurt and how tingly my legs were when I got home. I think (by which I mean hope) that it'll get easier quickly. Mainly though I'm thrilled about getting past all my silly reasons not to do it and actually making a start. :happy:
Goals for Tuesday:
1. Run - Done! :glasses:
2. Laundry - What more laundry!? Surely I have finished laundry? No.
3. 3 more cups of water.

I'm happy that I met all my goals yesterday. It is really habit forming now. I do it without even having to put much thought into it.

Hello everyone!
Twice in one week! That's better for me. I got myself on the scale today. Wooweee. That's not good. But I did stick to my goals for the most part today ( I made them myself instead of posting on here). I'm having a huge problem with late night snacking. During the day if I get hungry I just get up and moving and that seems to help but at night I'm studying and usually in my room and then all I can think about is how hungry I am (even though I"m not)! Super frustrating. So I'm gonna post goals for tomorrow tonight! Here we go.
1. Water! At least 6 cups. I've been slacking on this.
2. No late night snacking! And if I absolutely must, make it something healthy!!
3. No Mexican Food. May sound silly but that's my favorite food in all the commons and I eat it way too much!
4. Check in on here at night!

I only did 10 extra minutes of cardio before zumba. also I did some ab work and push ups tonight.

Wow! It was busy at work yesterday! Over 9,000 steps just there! The sun really brought out the customers and we had an order to put away. I like it when it's busy!
Steph--I hope you feel better today.
Nicole and Leela--Nighttime snacking seems to be a problem for me, too.
Back to showers today but there is still lots to be done at work so I better finish and get my day started!

Well the head is feeling much better. It came at the cost of like a 1/2 inch of snow though hehe....I don't like that it snowed but now that the weather front has moved on I feel much better. Wish it was warmer out so I could go for a walk. Its too cold to be taking my kids out there with me. I'm hoping in the next couple of weeks that its warm enough during the day for me to start hanging my clothes outside on the line so I can use my dryer less. Its also more of a workout doing that and a little strength training. Wet clothes are heavy!!!!

1. Find my son a new spring jacket. All he has is a winter coat and his father would never buy him something else.
2. Laundry

4. clean bathroom

Hi,
Day 2 of C25k was tough, tougher then I remembered day one being. I think the amazing feeling you get afterwards glosses over how hard it was. On the upside there were no chest pains this time so I think I’m definitely improving! I’m hoping if I alternate days running and circuit training I’ll finally get out of the diet doldrums I have been stuck in for the last month or so.
Friday’s Goals:
1. Keep the snacking under control (today has been declared “Yummy Friday” in the office.)
2. Exercise: 40mins circuit training
3. 30 mins housework
4. Water! Lots and lots of water! :drinker:

Good morning everyone! Hope you all had some good days yesterday. I'm going home for some work orientation today so I'm just going to post my goals for the weekend and hopefully I'll be able to check in periodically.
1. Water (8 cups per day)
2. Get a ton of work done over the course of the weekend so next week doesn't suck quite as much as it's looking like it will.
3. Get in some exercise somewhere, be it a walk or some crunches.
4. Don't eat at home because it's there. (I do this every time I go home. It's why I don't keep food in my dorm room at school)

Afternoon all and Happy Friday!
Busy few days - I have a new niece named Sienna! Born on Wednesday so it's been a lovely busy time! Consequently I haven't had time to post for a few days. Despite all the lovely snacks EVERYWHERE I've done fairly well with staying away!
Goals for Friday:
1. Water - at least 10 cups.
2. Walk or some form of exercise now the foot is starting to get stronger and feel better.
3. Healthy dinner.
I'm off to the Vitality Show tomorrow which is a health and well being thingy all day. Going with my mum so it should be fun and there will be loads of walking involved. I'm even contemplating wearing my hrm just out of interest to see how much I burn and because there will be fitness classes so I may join in! I'll be sure to share any tips and tricks I learn when I'm there! Kim it's in London at Earl's Court if you fancy a trip up at the weekend.
I'll try and post tomorrow morning before I go but in case not:

So day is almost over today and I've been a very busy girl all day. This is about the first time I've gotten some time to just sit and check on things. I'm exhausted from all the running I've done today and I'm not sure I'm done. I think me and the hubby are going to be going out again tonight to look at stoves and Fridges. We need a new fridge and were already planning on a new stove. We just got our tax return:drinker: :happy: :happy: I'm very happy about this because we were thinking we weren't going to be getting it until sometime in May.
Well I've rambled enough:) Hope you all have a good weekend. I have a feeling this weekend will not be a good one for me but we'll be out alot hehe. I'll be getting lots of walking in.

Yesterday was not a success. However after an early night and lots of sleep I'm feeling good to go again.
Nam- The Vitality show sounds really interesting. Unfortunately I've already put aside this weekend just to paint, I've been really lax recently. You'll have to tell me all about when you get back.
Goals for today are:
1. C25k
2. Draw and paint
3. House work :grumble:
4. Stay under on calories

That Vitality Show sounds really interesting! There are craft shows, bridal shows, car shows, home shows and tons of other stuff like that around where I live, but I don't think I've ever heard of a health show....

2. Under on calories, carbs and fats - No, stupid Dairy Queen! I had some extra left after dinner, so though I had room for dessert. Turns out I was kinda wrong, at least to that extent. :laugh:
3. Week 2, Day 2 of sit-up challenge - No, lay down earlish, expecting to get back up, but didn't happen.
4. Do some other type of exercise - No, same reason as #3, but it probably also helped with my failure on #2.

Ok, I HAVE to get better with these goals! I'm starting to get rather ticked off with myself.... :grumble: Besides that some of the things I'm listing as non-fitness goals are things that would improve my life and lower my stress level, so they would actually have health benefits!

I didn't exercise yesterday morning because I decided to go in a little early so I could work before it started to rain. I also worked in my garden (such as it is) for a while after work so that helped some.

Nam--Congratulations on the new niece! Babies are so cute and so much fun (if they are someone elses! LOL! Just kidding! I love my kids but my grandson is more fun because I get to give him back when he gets cranky.)
Seems a lot of us are having trouble drinking the water lately! I just forget to drink it--it's not like I don't like water because I do. I am going to try and concentrate on water this weekend.0 -
