Like I said earlier...I don't expect major changes, but I'm starting to see a few changes. More importantly, I feel better.

So far wife and I have completed 21 days straight. I hope schedules and dedication continues. So proud of the wife.
Also will admit, glad starting different cycle was starting to get bored with the repeating.
Entering recovery week, that sure is a lot of yoga. It's not the exercises it is the length of the video.
Tuesday bring into a new DVD of core.
9 days to pictures. Hope the weight loss picks up. The fat burn is more like fat warmer, not burn. 2 weeks on the p90x diet so far.0 -
Jmecale72!!!!!! YOUR PICS LOOK AWESOME!!!!!! I will be posting mine tomorrow...although, I'm pretty sure that after a weekend like the one I just had there will not really be any results lol.
Keep it up! You're doing GREAT!0 -

Thanks Tabi!! I appreciate your support!0 -
SO today I start Phase II. The next 30 days is going to be another adventure. I feel like I have to step it up more than I did the first 30 days. I'm looking foward to this next 30 days because I know that I am in the minority of people who actually make it this far. I'm not saying this to toot my own horn, rather, I'm saying this to hopefully inspire others to continue on their journey. If I can do this P90X thing....then I know that ANYONE (yes even those of you who feel like they can't...) can do this program and get results.
Here's to the next 30 days of BRINGING IT!!!!!!!!0 -
Done week 5 day 1 It was a challenge too say the least! At first I was excited too see that no chin up bar was needed.....that excitement faded fast as my arms barely made it through that workout. At the end I was using 5lb weights and ready to cry lol.
I will be taking my 30 pics tomorrow as I binged all weekend and I'm hoping that today and tonight will give my body a little more time to get the excess water off at least haha!0 -

So was this chest, shoulder, and tricep workout? I see I have something to look foward to tonight!
BTW...still waiting for the pics!! LOL0 -

Tabi: WOW! You really can see a difference. It looks like you lost it in the same places that I did... you can really see it in your back and waist!0

I can't wait to see everyone's 30 day pics. It's been a slow, but steady progression. At the end of our 90 days we will all be ready to tackle another round of P90X.0 -
So this may be premature, but as anyone thought about what they are going to do after the 90 days of P90X? Are you going to do another round? Are you going to try something different?
I've thought about doing another round of P90X myself. But I've also thought about maybe doing Insanity or one of the other Beachbody products. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I cross it....
Thoughts?0 -

You read my mind! Haha! I'm pretty sure I'm going to take a week 'break' (I'll still be doing light cardio because I can't help myself lol) and then I'm going to do a second round I think.
I do already have the Insanity series and I can say that it is all that it is promised to be lol! I haven't done the program yet, I have added one of the workouts to my P90X program though, just for the cardio part. They do alot of arm work also in the disc I chose to include in my P90X routine, but I just jog around my house when they do that part as my arms need rest too
If I just can't bring myself to do P90X again right away, I'll do the Insanity alone. It's only 60 days, so maybe it would feel like 'faster' results lol!0 -

My co-workers husband is doing Insanity and he tells me it's pretty intense. So who knows? I was thinking about doing another round of P90X though. I want to master some of those exercises.
So let me ask you something Tabi...have you considered becoming a coach? For me, the more I progress in this whole P90X thing, the more I'm thinking about becoming one. I have talked to a couple of people here locally and they tell me they are starting out with P90X. I share my experience with them and I get stoked just talking to them about the program. I think I like the fact of being able to help people.
Anywho...just thought I'd throw that out there....0 -
I've played around with the idea of helping others do it too, I just think I would need a little better dicipline in the diet area before I could feel good about giving others advice lol. I would have to stop bingeing first......and who knows if I'll ever stop hahaha!0

P.S. I rocked Plyo today ! YAY!0

Great job Tabi - you rocked it today!
The only thing you need to be a great coach is a desire to help others .... period.
I decided to become a coach because I wanted to help others -- perhaps show that any fitness level can do this program and see benefits.
If you ever want more infromation about it ... please do not hesistate to contact me!0 -
I finished Back and Biceps. I'm not impressed with the small calorie burn, but I was surprised with how quickly my arms had enough! lol Hopefully soon they'll be stronger0
