    Completed cardio x in the am, interesting video loved whacky jacks. Then regular yoga for pm video. Not sure why but calorie burn was very low. Maybe better breathing, not sure.

    Amazing how much hr has dropped when doing these exercises. Use to be a ball of water when done, now hardly breaking a sweat.

    Today was hard motivation wise. Legs and back Had to keep pushing myself. Wife only did half the workout due to stomach cramps. So, left with 1 more active exercise kenpo and then everything else is "recovery/rest"

    It has been so long since I've posted here!!! I am on week 12 this week....so two more weeks until I finish my first 90 days. Because of my cold a few weeks ago I decided to do week 11 all over. It's getting so close to getting finished!

    What about everyone else who has posted here!! Where are you at?? I know a few people were getting really close to finishing....let's hear from you!!!!!!!
