    Will be doing day W1 day 2 tonight :( I need to do this! Im seriously lacking! I have been terrible the last couple of weeks sooo busy!! Today is a fresh start! Im thinking I might say that today is wek1 day1 as Its a monday and easier to keep track :) xxxx

    No worries guys - jump right back in!! Believe it or not, it only takes 15 minutes at max to do each day, depending on how long you rest between sets. I did it this morning while packing lunch for my daughter and myself!! Nothing to it but to do it!! We're all rooting for you - jump back in!!

    week one complete!

    wk1-d1-lev3: 10-12-7-7-9 = 45 (knees)
    wk1-d2-lev3: 10-12-8-8-12 = 50 (knees)
    wk1-d3-lve3: 11-15-9-9-20= 64 (knees)

    week one total= 159 push ups!

    I don't know about the rest of you, but i am already starting to see a big difference in my arms! Who knows! Perhaps this year will be my first year to buy sleeveless shirts! Something i have not previously done in my life.

    W2D2: 30 total (12 on last set). I'm a little bummed that I couldn't do more, since I did 30 on the last day, BUT, I'm glad I at least tied myself. :)

    Sorry I haven't gotten the table up guys. I'm going to try to get it together today.

    Nice job ladies! And Amy, I agree. I should be taking pictures. I kind of have a "before" picture from last month that kind of shows my arms, and I'm taking another "during" picture in a few days (one each month until I hit my goal). I'll make sure to flex. :-P

    ARGH totally forgot to post last night. Thank goodness I still have my paper!!

    W2D1: 47 (max 11...bad bad bad)

    On the Squat side I got 65 and Sit ups were 75. I'm doing awesome with push-ups at least LOL.

    Have not started week 2 yet. Going through some stuff that has sucked my motivation to do ANYTHING right out of me. Gonna do my best to start week 2 tonight so that I can get back on track with this by next week.
