Hi girls. I was mad at my husband tonight for being a typical guy but I did my pushups anyway.
W4d2 - 14, 16, 12, 12, 20 - 74 total - and it was really hard.0 -
*whistles innocently* Soo...um. Guess who failed to get push-ups in this week?
*traces toe in the dirt* I would like to say I have an excuse but um, yeah.
My goal is to get in an exhaustion set and restart either week three or possibly restart week two.
I am so sorry I let you guys down.0 -
W3D2: 74 total, 19 max (all toes). Back is feeling pretty good!! Don't feel quite 100% yet, but am able to lift and do my push ups, so I'm happy!

K - so i failed last week. I had way too much to do and I was going to redo week 4 anyway so I skipped last friday. So... Week 4 Day 1 again - 12,14,11,10, 16.0

Hi Ladies!!! Just wanted to let you know that I am still chugging along. Finished up Week 2 on Tuesday and did my test today. Managed to eek out 26 consecutive push ups. I was hoping for 30, but I'm definitely not complaining. I know that I am getting stronger!! Week Three starts on Saturday!!!0

Alrighty guys, I am gonna have to call my self out at this point. It's not that I'm giving up on this but I'm seriously focused on World Belly Dance Day next weekend. Betweeen that and our recital in July (2 group performances and 1 solo), my time has gotten weird. I NEED to tone up my upper body for all of it but all my extra time is now w/getting ready.
I feel like I failed you all. I am so very sorry but I swear, I WILL conquer this challenge yet!!!0 -
So I went on vacation and failed miserably to keep up with the pushups (kinda hard when your 5 year old is "counting" along with you and you are having a tough time...).
But I am going to start over week 3 or 4 I think. Is anyone still doing it?0 -
