I LOVE LESLIE SANSONE!!! I plan to use her workouts at least once a day!0 -
Can I still join your mile-a-day challenge? I am having a hard time fitting in the workouts and need accountability also. I have been using a pedometer. If 2000 steps = 1 mile , I get in almost 4 miles at work but that's not the same. I know I need to go the "extra" mile and need much more activity. Will check back in tomorrow :-)0

I'm going to borrow a Leslie Sansone video from the library and see how I like that! I also have a Wii and will be playing Just Dance 2 on that (not walking, I know) - so I wont be sitting on my butt all week!0 -

Ugh...need to get walking again. It's been a long weekend. No walking in, barely any exercise, and a lot of junk food. Today starts the end of junk food.0
-
If it's cold outside, I use my WiiFit and it tells you how far you have traveled.0
-
Okay or you could do Leslie Sansone0

I know that feeling, I had a sick daughter all weekend long. She has strep, but she's feeling a little better now0 -
I would like to join in! I really need motivation on the exercise side. I work so many hours by the time I get in, I just sit down but I am stuck at 23 lbs. Have 30+ to go! I will start tonight and report my findings next Monday!!0
-
Got bored and itchy to do something so I went for a 1.6 mile walk ... in the rain. Oh yeah.0
-
Hi there. May I join you. I probably do about a mile a day, I've got a pedometer and I run 3 -4 times a week for 3 or so miles.0

Two more miles in for today:)0
