  • I slacked so hard from last Wednesday to yesterday - I didn't walk or exercise at all!

    I did walk around Wal*mart for about an hour on Sunday... bleh.

    Today, though, I did 1.4 miles in 30 minutes. Woo! It's getting easier, too - even with all that time I didn't do anything, I noticed that the HUGE hill I climb didn't knock me out as badly as it did a couple weeks ago!

    It's Monday and almost forgot to check in!!! Got my mile in everyday but Wednesday. 2 days were indoors. I know I won't melt in the rain but . . . absolutely pouring. Today was a wonderful walk, cold but with sunshine. Actually is starting to feel good to get out. Take my little Charley Dog too. Chunky Charley and Momma need to walk :-)

    Whoo! I got 3.26 miles in today!

    Well walked 2 miles per day (with Leslie Sansone) M-F last week and weighed in today. Did not lose any weight but I'm ok with it for now (totm). I have not been eating back my exercise calories. I think this is great...really keeping me motivated!!!

    I actually walked 1.5 miles and did my high impact aerobics for 30 minutes today! First time I've worked out in 5 days now!!!!!!!!!!

    Im in.. For this week i did

    Monday- 3 miles treadmill
    Tuesday- 4 miles oudoors
    Wednesday- 4 miles outdoors
    Thursday- 3.7 miles (1.2 outdoors and 2.5 on treadmill)
    Friday- 1 mile (blah)
    Saturday- 3.1 (first 5k run) 35.28 minues :happy:
    Sunday- 1 miles (Sunday is rest day so but still put in some to make up for Friday)

    Total- 19.8 miles

    Im in.. For this week i did

    Monday- 3 miles treadmill
    Tuesday- 4 miles oudoors
    Wednesday- 4 miles outdoors
    Thursday- 3.7 miles (1.2 outdoors and 2.5 on treadmill)
    Friday- 1 mile (blah)
    Saturday- 3.1 (first 5k run) 35.28 minues
    Sunday- 1 miles (Sunday is rest day so but still put in some to make up for Friday) Just did another 5.2 miles on the treadmill making grand total for week....

    Total- 25 miles

    I have been walking everyday. I have clocked 26 miles last week and so far 4.08 just on sunday. Hope everyone is doing well! Keep moving and stay hydrated

    This is great! Down 2 more pounds and did 2 miles M-F last week. I'm also going to add the 30 day shred starting today (hope I make it tomorrow). I really think I'm going to do the walking every day from now on....I really feel more awake on the days that I walk in the moring and it makes a difference in my day. Luv it!

    Ugh, so behind on my workouts...it's been snowing outside....snowing! So I haven't really been able to go for walks outside...anyway, I'll get back on that horse.

    Weather is getting nicer for now. My goal is to reach 10,000 steps each day. I get in around 7800 - 8000 just at work. Today, and it was sunny, I stopped to walk around the pond before heading home, then took little dog, Charley out for our mile walk. Got in 16,125 steps, YEAH!!! Things are looking up :happy:
