    Oops my post got deleted, didnt realize it wasn't allowed to post YouTube videos...but I just wanted to let you guys know that im back! I don't have time to get on here much with 3 babies, a salon to run, and new house to maintain, but I am back at it, doing a ketogenic diet for life! It works wonders for us !!!!
