    Sorry to be MIA...after Tuesday, it all went downhill

    Monday, nada/zippo
    Tuesday, work from 7 to 3, hair at 5:45
    Wednesday, work 3 to 11, Doctor at 1:00 with my son
    Thursday, fly to Chicago

    Friday, Saturday, Sunday...I have no idea what is going to happen...even if I can get half this week it would be good

    This is last week...was a slacker getting on MFP but I wrote all my numbers down

    Monday: 17 minutes/135 calories burned doing Zumba; 35 minutes/403 calories burned funning at a speed of 5.6-6.0; 27 minutes/430 calories burned on Arc with incline at 10 and resistance at 20-25 :-)

    Tuesday: 26 minutes/206 calories Zumba; 37 minutes/425 calories running 5.6-.6.0; 35 minutes/476 calories cycling

    Wednesday: 17 minutes/135 calories Zumba (was not able to get to the gym, sad)

    Thursday: 25 minutes/408 calories Arc incline 10 resistance 22; 37 minutes/427 calories running 5.6-7.5 (well sprinted at 7.5)

    Friday: 27 minutes/226 calories Stairmaster; 37 minutes/427 calories running

    Saturday: 37 minutes/450 calories running; 23 minutes/360 calories Arc; 90 minutes/1233 calories rollerskating :-)

    470 minutes/5741 calories burned ---how did i mangage to lose that many calories but still gain a pound...not sure


    Here are this weeks numbers so far

    Monday: 45 minutes/537 calories/running; 25 minutes/204 stairmaster
    Tuesday: 15 minutes/112 calories stairmaster; 28 minutes/480 calories arc; 35 minutes/462 calories treadmill

    148 minutes/1795 calories

    keep up the excellent work everyone!!! i can't believe that it is the last month of april already!!! time is absolutely flying now if only the work days felt like they were flying that fast ;) haha

    monday: level 1 30 day shred 27/197, 4 mile run 41/364
    tuesday: bfbm 26/195

    total so far: 94 minutes/756 calories
    to go: 266 minutes/1744 calories

    hoping to get close this week :) luckily i have another big run planned for this weekend...my goal is 13+ miles!!!! my 15.5 mile race is just over 2 weeks away so i need to get my butt in gear :):):)

    Mollie, I'm thinking if it's nice out...we should walk instead of eat when we meet...I think I am going to have to bring my exercise DVD's to Chicago...

    You are a carzy woman who works out an incredible amount. So glad that you enjoyed your Dad's company in lieu of exercising. It's the bigger priority!!

    I have basically given up this week...plan is to start fresh on Monday with a new week and a new month...I just don't know what gets into me sometimes...I wish I were more consistant:frown:

    nisijam5 we all have those bad days or weeks. I was so on track but these last 7 lbs have been the hardest :sad:!!! And the month of April has not been my most consistant. I feel like I am never going to reach my goal and be able to get my swimsuit:sad:!!!

    ladies i need some PMA here...positive mental attitudes!!! :) you will be back on track in no time flat!!!! i have faith that may will be a marvelous month for working out...hopefully all of the nasty weather that has been plaguing us all in april will dissappear and give us tons of inspiring beautiful days in may :):):)
