I have basically given up this week...plan is to start fresh on Monday with a new week and a new month...I just don't know what gets into me sometimes...I wish I were more consistant:frown:
nisijam5 we all have those bad days or weeks. I was so on track but these last 7 lbs have been the hardest !!! And the month of April has not been my most consistant. I feel like I am never going to reach my goal and be able to get my swimsuit:sad:!!!
ladies i need some PMA here...positive mental attitudes!!!you will be back on track in no time flat!!!! i have faith that may will be a marvelous month for working out...hopefully all of the nasty weather that has been plaguing us all in april will dissappear and give us tons of inspiring beautiful days in may
a1schwei thanks for the words of encouragement. You are so right May will be better and I will get my swimsuit. I needed that
PMA . Watchout May here we come!!!!
AGREED...the Spring needs to get here and stay...I want to be outside riding my ride, gardening, landscaping....grr

i will probably get at least 33 minutes of cleaning in today also, but i doubt i'll log it...either way i am close to the goal
i need to practice what i preach with the PMA...my run today went TERRIBLE compared to my expectations...and with my 15.5 mile race coming up in less than 2 weeks i am a little nervous...i am planning on squeezing in a few more shorter runs the next week to remind my legs, rest of my body, and my mind how much it really does love to run0 -

I am starting Round 2 of the Fit-n-Trim Elimination contest...I am looking for 14 to 18 people to start on Wednesday morning for the first weigh-in. If you are interested, I will send you the information
Losing team will eliminate one person with the lowest percentage of body weight.
The person with the highest percentage of weight loss gets an advantage for the next week. This will have some twists as the weeks go on. The advantages will include immunity; weight advantage and disadvantage, trading players. This might not be for you if your feelings get hurt easily; or, you hate losing; or, you have low self-esteem. This is supposed to be fun and good natured.
Criteria to enter:
1) You need to lose 20 or more pounds
2) You have a digital scale
3) You have a digital camera
4) You can weigh in any day of the week (weekdays & weekends)0 -
