    Wow.....you all rock! Looks like everyone has buckled down! Nice losses swingin, kathvg & acmcoc..and you too wags! A pound lost is a start and without the digital scale you may may Not be able to see some of your gradual loss! I sure hope to get my sh@t together!

    Tabbyz....feel free to add us as friends a post away.....I will forewarn you that we had set a goal for the end of the month. But who knows...we may extend if everyone still wants to continue!

    was a bit shocked this AM when i weighed myself to see my CW (in a good way).
    as most of you prob know...i had started the 17 day diet two weeks ago yesterday but am changing the official start date to sunday may 1st since i "strayed" quite a bit on the friday and saturday of that first weekend :(
    by this time next week i will be a few days in to the second "cycle" so am curious how that will affect my weight loss progress??
    feels GREAT to be in the 150s again (although just barely) after being in the 160s/170s over the past few years and to know that i now def weigh less than my exboyfriend who i was informed the other day weighs 160...ugh!
    hoping to kick it in to high gear over these next couple of weeks to try to get to my GW...wish me luck!

    Diddo...Ive been looking for something (people) to challange me on here...no luck really so far. Most of the challenges are too late to get into. We should brainstorm and get something going for the ones that were a week or day late LOL.

    Another 1.5 lb loss, about. I'm still hopeful to get to my goal weight by the end of the challenge, but I'm going to really have to go crazy on that exercise.
    It's day 8 of the 30 day shred for me, so I'm happy I haven't gained any weight - since some people were saying they gained muscle weight during the first few weeks.

    (Note, this was the weigh in from yesterday, I went out last night to celebrate graduation, so I'm NOT weighing in today... lol)
    Assuming I didn't mess myself up last night too much, I still think it's a possibility for me to hit that goal if I push really hard this week. I'm off school now so I have tons of time to just exercise!

    Hey everyone! Things have been hectic lately. I graduated with my bachelors degree last weekend and I have been massively cleaning inside and out getting ready for my graduation party in June. However against all odds I have lost 1 pound since last week :)

    Congrats on the graduations and still managing to lose some weight! Way to hang in there. Seems like slow and steady is still the name of the game! Good luck to everyone....I can also relate to the stress of graduations and parties, but am happy to report we have completed ours and will be heading to CABO next Saturday! While it doesn't look like I will quite make my ultimate goal, I am happy to be closer! I think this site truly is a great learning and motivation tool.

    Again congrats on your successes....one more week and we will see what happens from there!

    Well here it is the final posting.....I didn't quite get there completely, but am close enough to claim success! I've learned so much from hanging out with you and you certainly motivated me to get it together and finally do what I haven't in many years.
