    Hurray!! It arrived last night! I watched level 1 last night so I could see what it would be like (while eating a biscuit - I felt very guilty and was sure she must be able to see me devour a wagon wheel while I watched!). So, I will be starting tonight when I get in from work. :)

    Do we all need to put our starting measurements?

    If so I can do that, I took a bunch of measurements just before I did the first day.

    I think this dvd is great, I like that she explains exactly why you have to do the different exercises and the best thing about it is that its only 20 minutes long.

    Never heard of this before but it sounds great so just ordered mine today so will have to wait till it gets delivered :( will post stats when i get it x

    just seen link on page 2 for level 1 so i am starting this today which should be fine until my dvd arrives.

    Haha Katrob I am like that when they have cooking shows on the tv in the gym and Im drooling over it... it feels so dirty lol.

    Those were my stats this morning, I did the shred and I feel great atm, but can already tell Im going to be busted up tomorrow...I'll be back on this thread crying to you all ;) Going to try and do it before the kids get up tomorrow because I'm pretty sure that having a two and three year old trying to sit on you while you do crunches isnt the best way to get good abs!

    Im going to be taking some photos later for progress shots, and Ill post them up (if theyre not too bad lol)

    D1L1 DONE! Im shocked, its not as terribly hard as i remember. Dont get me wrong, i am sweating like crazy and feel like jello, but Im not dying!! Abs were a bit tough but again not shocked, did have a csection 2 months ago. But all in all real happy to start! Cant wait for day 10 to see where everyone is at!!! Husband actually followed through and did it with me we'll see if it sticks but Ill post his measurments and results too. Hope everyone enjoyed day one and is looking forward to day two!

    So was anyone else sweating already during the warm-up?! Day 1 was exhausting for me, she definitely worked some muscles I didn't even know existed! Haha so excited for the next 29 days!

    Day 2 over and done with - the soreness is kicking in now! Up at half six to do it and came *this* close to chickening out and staying in bed, but I did it anyway and feel much better for it. Just hope I can sneak in a shower before my kids wake up and ambush me.

    Im really starting to look forward to day 10 - please god there will be a good difference!

    I did day 3 today, as expected my weight is going up... This happened last time too. I guess swelling of muscles, holding water, all that jazz. Glad to have all you peeps to share the shred with!

    day 2 complete! I am sore as **** but I think i made it through easier today then I did yesterday maybe a little more sleep made a difference.

    So this is driving me nuts I have the hardest time doing the butt kick ones,and i dont get it its a realativly easy move but i struggle with it. I end up closing my eyes so i cant see the tv and do the best i can. when i watch them do it i feel like im not doing it right.

    okay that was my rant for the day!

    WoW DAY 2 DONE! I did it @ 5:45am in the morning and it was a lot easier! My knees r a lil sore! :( but it went by very quick! i use my Ipod to listern to different music while I wrk out! I've made several attempts @ this 30day shred video before and guess what day 3 will be the longest I've ever did this video! :) hitting the treadmill today after work! GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!! :)

    About to do D2L1 soon. I'm sore from yesterday, but not as bad as I feared. I usually don't get sore until later in the day though, so I need to do the workout before I'm suffering. Here are my measurements:

    I'm probably not going to do any extra exercise for the next few days, until my soreness is gone and my TOM is over. Good luck all and great job so far!

    Hi, I am new here but I started 30DS and today was day 2 level 1 for me also. It kicks my butt but I love how I feel after and I love how it goes by quickly! I am a little sore but not too bad.

    L1D2 done... as I guessed, my husband did day one with me and tonight laid on the couch while i did day 2! lol I gotta say even though im not terribly sore, today seemed harder. I wore shoes this time and my feet hurt really bad while doing the jumping jacks and jump rope. SInce husband wimped out, Im going to just get up first thing tomorrow get in my half hour bike ride and then shred that way its out of the way and i can enjoy easter... Dreading my food diary tomorrow... Its sure to be over in the calorie department! HAHA

    Did day 4 yesterday - the thing I'm struggling with most is the first set of cardio - jump jacks and jump rope.

    I don't ache generally as much today as I did yesterday, but my abs are really hurting alot.

    I'd never seen Jillian before this dvd arrived but I really think she's fab.

    Over caloried definately yesterday as put on 1lb 8oz this morning :noway:
