Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.
Here is the daily update format.

Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)

I'm in! This will definately be a challenge for me, because the most calories I've burned that I've logged is 600-something in one day. My workouts this month are very challenging for me and I haven't been sticking to them the best. I'll get them all done by the end of the month, but I'd like to do them when I'm supposed to do them lol. I can't promise I can make 3500, but I'll stick to my workouts and see where that gets me.0

I'm back in the game for this one! I am aiming for 3500 at the minimum. I have 2 training sessions, my birthday and my daughter's birthday this week, with her party on Sunday afternoon. I HAVE to burn enough to have a cupcake with her at her party!0

I'm in this week. I had an ordinary week last week and did'nt even make 3000. So I think this week I will aim for 4500!! Doing well so far, today I have already burned 1000 (its Monday afternoon here :happy: ). Good luck eveyone!!0

I only did 2200 last week (not the 3500 i set my sights on)
BUT... this is a new week, i'm working afternoons (which makes it easier for me to get out in the mornings), so i'm POSITIVE i can get to 3500 this week
