Ah, need to burn over 1000 a day on Sat and Sun. I have a training session tomorrow but I find I don't burn that many doing that sort of training - the joys of being much fitter is it is so much harder to burn those calories
On the plus side I finally got back to they gym, had'nt been since Monday and boy was I missing it, who would have ever thought that would happen, certainly not me!!0 -

Had a bit of a delay at work Wednesday that caused my whole challenge to go sideways! But it's not all bad news, as I'm still on target for nutrition and wiegth loss...lost another pound this week *wohoo*...but would have been more if I could have stayed on track for this challenge!
Anyway - here's the week's summary, minus what I will do yet today (going biking with my Dear Hubby so may repost after dinner time)
