So I am going away July 4th weekend and want to lose at least 5 pounds. If anyone wants to join in with me put their starting weight in a post. You will weigh in and list your starting weight and current weight.between friday and sunday of each week and hopefully by monday night I will have a spreadsheet made.
This will also be used for motivation and support from one another.

I'll join your challenge...173.8 as of Sunday morning...good luck with the white water rafting...I did it in West Virginia, it was exhausting...I suggest working on your upper body0

I've based this on 2lb a week - and worked out I can meet my initial goal by my Uni start in Sept if I keep up with 2lb a week!just need to keep focused!
