I think running would make me really sore. but, I guess it does everyone for a while. One of my goals from this is to be a runner, so eventually I'm going to have to suck it up and do it!

Thanks about the picture comment. I worked pretty hard on it, as lame as that sounds.

I lost 1.2 pounds. It was a BAD week for me. Husband and I went out to Chili's for dinner :-( I almost cried when I logged in it to MFP! This morning I met my friend at the gym for our spinning and yoga class and half way through spinning i was in the bathroom throwing up so I left :( I hope this week goes much better!!

Hope everyone is doing well! :-)

    NSV's |!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had to share!

I probably wouldn't have discovered this if my boss wasn't a little crazy. She text messaged me at 3:45am because she got a bright idea about new uniforms. So because of that I had to go shopping for khaki pants and brown leather shoes. Two months ago when I needed to buy new jeans I had to get size 18 and they were tight , But today I decided to be brave and try on a pair of size 14 pants. To my suprise they fit. I can pull them up, button them, and zip them! YES! I have dropped two pants sizes in two months! I also got a pair of size 12 khaki pants, but I think they are a little big for size 12's so I think I am officially a size 14! I am so excited. Naturally I was on cloud 9 after leaving the store.

Next I had my first meeting with my new personal trainer. His name is Eric and let me tell you this man is not hard to look at to say the least. So he ask me," What are your goals?" To which I replied ," I want to be a MILF!" ( This was a joke because I am sure he knows I am trying to be healthier and all that jazz) and he replies," You already are!" ... Have you ever seen a black person blush? I am pretty sure I was blushing at that moment. He was so suprised that I have already lost a good bit of weight on my own. Today was an awesome day, but I don't think I will let my husband meet him ... He might make me fire him!

So this morning I weighed again and was still at 182. I'm beginning to think I will never get out of the 180's. Today I did L1 & L2 of 30 DS ..... Well I altered L2 when I just didn't have the energy to do what they were doing lol. I'm going to try to cut back on processed snacks next week but I'm just really feeling like I'm stuck :frown:

0.3 kg down this week which is pretty pathitic, but I guess it's better than going up, considering I've been picking away at little snacks all week.
I can feel my ability to not binge slipping away which is pretty scary, I know some of it is stress but want to be able to hold on to my self control. I need to have "Cullen control", any ideas how to do it??

here's the chart for our twilight challenge week 2! this week, we lost just over 19 pounds as a group, but overall, we're lost just over 93 pounds so far! a lot of people didn't weigh in for this week, so hopefully they'll be game on for week 3! great work, everyone!

again, gray-shaded names have not weighed in for the week, which could be because you are a new member. for those that haven't weighed in for whatever reason, i put your week's weight with whatever was last weeks or the starting weight you gave me so i can keep up the numbers.

    well done!

TWILIGHT CHALLENGE: WEEK 3 OF 25

    "I’m not quite that delicate."
Bella Swan, Twilight, Chapter 10, p.197

    sassybella.jpg

    And neither are you!

This week's challenge is to push yourself in your workout endeavors. If there's something you've been thinking of trying out, do it. If your already a gym rat, push up your time or your intensity. Add five minutes of jump-roping to your routine. Start that C25K. Get your mind to a place where it can visualize your muscles and your arteries - see your blood pulsing, feel it moving. Stretch. Jump. Sweat. Work on your vampire reflexes. Attend to your instincts!

    Hi everyone!
I'm new to the challenge as of this week, but I started all on my own on June 1st. So I'm really psyched to be part of a group!

I started at 163 and as of this morning I am down to 158. My "official" weigh in day is usually Monday, but I wasn't sure when everyone here weighed in, so I went ahead and did it a day early.

So far I have mostly just been watching my calories and trying to work out more. I mostly do video game workouts (Dance Central for xBox, Zumba for Wii, etc). I'm starting P90 tomorrow and I'm going to try to go running for 45 mins 3x a week as well.

My goal is to be 116lbs (which is just about 2 lbs a week). I know it's a really lofty goal, but I'm really committed to it.

Looking forward to everyones success stories!!!

    xoxo

    Hi everyone

I'm new to MFP and of course new to this challenge. My current weight is 341 pounds - my goal for the 18th November is to lose - and burn for good - 50 pounds. I know this is a lot, but given my current weight, and lots of determination, not impossible. I'm 6" tall so I'm hoping that will mean dropping a clothing size - if it does I'll treat myself to a new outfit for the 18th. :flowerforyou:

Week 3 Challenge - I AM going to get up early before work each morning and walk VERY briskly for 30 minutes on my treadmill. I'm also going to use the incline button - the not delicate bit

I have been weighing in monthly with a trainer at Curves - but from now on I'll be jumping on the scales every Friday.

Looking forward to being part of this group.
