1 Break, almost didn't take it....arrgh
Finally getting the hang of plank jacks, still hating jump ropes.0 -
I had to give it a rest yesterday as my shoulder was really painful - I tried, but couldn't even do one walking push up thing.

It was still hard, but doable - I tried to do one set of each exercise (where they are repeated) following Natalie and one set following Anita. Sweated BUCKETS!0 -

Hello I am relatively new to this site, but I logged on looking to the answer to this very question - how to put the Shred into the Exercise tracker.
The first time I ever did the level 1 Shred, I couldn't sit or walk down stairs the next day without pain - I even had my friend bring me a Percoset!!!! But now that I have been exercising more it's not as bad.
So today I started Shred again - back to Day 1. Any encouragement would be appreciated!0 -
