Day 1/Level 1
Breaks: two in first cardio section, none after that! Yay!
CW: 217 (according to old scales - new scales bought this week are LYING!! lol)
30DS Day 30 level 3 Done!!
My results:
Start weight - I will adjust this to 222 as the new scales were showing me as 5lb heaver. I'm now 212lb, so that's a loss of 10lb . Overall I've lost 6 inches, though I didn't measure my upper arms at the beginning for some reason, and think I've lost about an inch there as well. I feel a lot fitter and stronger, can't believe I stuck with it for the the whole 30 days and would definitely do it again in the future, though I'm quite happy to see the back of it for now ...0
