NSV - I lost 9.5 inches in the last 2 weeks!! I am so geeked since I was really was reluctant to start measuring myself and this did not include my arms because I found them difficult to measure. I may try to measure them again tonight!! But this is the 1st time I measured myself since being on MFP last year :-) I had to re-check my waist and hips because I was down 3 inches on my waist and 2 on hips! I could not believe it! I know this may not be the case in the next 2 weeks but I will be checking that is for sure

Mon. 6/20: 35 minutes walking, knee still hurts
Tues. 6/21: 60 minutes swimming and 5 minutes walking.
Wed. 6/22: 60 minutes walking and 10 minutes swimming
Thurs. 6/23: 15 minutes walking and 20 minutes swimming and 72 min. walking( drank to much coffe and couldn't sleep!)
Fri. 6/24: nothing
Sat.6/25: 20 minutes walking
Sun. 6/26: 20 minutes walking and 60 minutes carpentry work with my husband

Monday - attempted C25K but extremely windy, so it turned into 10 minutes jog and 40 minutes walk; an aditional 30 minute walk with the dog; and a 30-minute Leslie Sansone dvd (110 minutes total)
Tuesday - 45 minutes of C25K (week 2, day 1)
Wednesday - 90 minutes of walking
Thursday - 45 minutes of C25K (week 2, day 2)
Friday - 45 minutes walking
Saturday - 65 minutes C25K (W2/D3)
Sunday - 30 minues walking
Minutes Left - 0 (+70 minutes)
So, with this solid exercise mindset, I really thought I'd lose more than 2 pounds in the last 4 weeks. I decided to take yesterday off as a "cheat" day and ate whatever, and didn't even log it. My diary is open - would love some suggestions, either here or you can send me a note. Thanks.0 -

Monday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!
Also did some strength training.
Tuesday: Walked 40 minutes, played at Splash Pad w/daughter 1.5 hours (about 15 min of sitting), strength training 20 min
Wednesday: Walked 60 minutes
Thursday: Walked 60 minutes
Friday: Walked 40 minutes, strength training 20 minutes
Saturday: was a bum
Sunday: splash pad play w/kiddo - 2 hours + walked 30 minutes, heavier housework 30 min, strength training, 30 min
Week One Total: 380
Week 2:
Monday 6/6 - none
Tuesday 6/7 - 30 min walk
Weds 6/8 - 60 min walk, back on track!
Thurs 6/9 - 80 minutes of walking, 15 min strength training
Fri 6/10 - 60 minutes walking

I am going to continue my weight training but not going to count it. I am trying to get into the 330's before July 1st and I need to boost up my cardio and plus I will be out of town over the weekend and need to make sure I am doing enough cardio to make up for those extra calories I am to eat......:-) I
My goal this week 6/27/11 is 360 - I am only counting cardio this week:
Mon: 40 min bike..........................................................320 min to go!
