    NSV - I lost 9.5 inches in the last 2 weeks!!

    Way to look for changes other than the scale...that's how we stay POSITIVE!!!

    I will be back this week, finally starting to feel human!!! YAAAAAAY!!! This has been the most miserable bug.

    NSV - I lost 9.5 inches in the last 2 weeks!! I am so geeked since I was really was reluctant to start measuring myself and this did not include my arms because I found them difficult to measure. I may try to measure them again tonight!! But this is the 1st time I measured myself since being on MFP last year :-) I had to re-check my waist and hips because I was down 3 inches on my waist and 2 on hips! I could not believe it! I know this may not be the case in the next 2 weeks but I will be checking that is for sure :)

    Tue: 60 min = 35 min Elliptical, 25 min bike...........260 min to go!

    Tomorrow is the C25K, W3D2...I have to do it in the heat of the afternoon after work at 3:30...ballgame at 6:00...there is just no other time.

    VJ, good job getting it done...life tries to take over and we have to prioritize just how important WE and OUR HEALTH are.
