    Wed: 981 burned ( 108 minutes, Golf, Pulling cart)
    Thurs: 2,130 burned (65 min. Elliptical, 25 min. stationary bike, 62 minutes gardening)
    Fri.; 1,499 Burned (43 minutes Mowing, 110 minutes play golf-pulling cart)
    Sat.: 627 Burned (28 gardening, 10 cleaning, 42 walking)
    Sun.: 872 Burned (35 Elliptical, 14 stationary bike)

    well didn't hit the goal but made over my normal 3500 so its a plus.

    So I didn't make my goal, not even close, but I'm sure I burned alot performing and running around backstage so I'm not going to stress about it. I guess it will motivate me to kick some butt next week!

    Why is it that on the one week I lower my goal to 3,500, I exceed it by so much? I guess I'll set it back up to 4,200...
