well drove all the way to the y and the 1st lady tells me yes, 6:30 go here, locker, pool, etc. i get to the pool it's 6:25. the instructor comes over and asks if she can help me. i tell her i am here for the 6:30 class. she says there isn't one:grumble: but i could join the one that was already in the pool and had been working out for 25 mins. she didn't know anything about it. went back to the front desk, took 3 more people to tell me they knew nothing about it and that finally it was an error on the email for the time of class that it started at 6 and i could come back tomorrow. by this time i have a bad taste in my mouth and they gave a rotten first impression. i won't go back. :mad:
now drama with the loan lady for ds's home loan. why did i put myself in the middle of this. just helping my kid, i guess.
augh!!!!!!!!!!!!! HR is up right now that should burn a few xtra calories before weigh in tomorrow.
off for some pop corn(pedal you brought that up).

Aww Cathy, that's such a pain :ohwell: Drama is so draining. I hope that you feel better about everything after some time to decompress. Air popped popcorn is fabulous... nice and crunchy and low-cal!

Hey gals! Cathy...sorry you day isn't going as planned. Tomorrow will be better!:flowerforyou: Rhiannon...have fun in dance! I am off to bed. Had a good workout. Ate tilapia with green beans and a red baked potato for dinner. Then had 2 chocolate crunch rice cakes and 2 mock ice cream sandwiches for dessert...yum... Anxious for tomorrow! Talk to you then ladies!!!!!!

HI Ladies!!
I just have to share!! I workout tonight. YEAH ME! I did Turbo Jam again tonight and I burned 466 calories in 32:30!! WOO HOO!!!
Gym tomorrow morning and Turbo Jam tomorrow night.
I"m sure you guys noticed my signature, but I copied Amy, and made some small goals. I put time frames to keep myself motivated and accountable to me. However I am with you girls in the Sexy in Six. My 11/25/08 coincides with our first 6 weeks but I am off a little with my 1/1/09 date and the 3/1/09 date is farther out because the last 10 are going to be harder to lose.
Oh and I changed my exercise goal to 3500 calories a week.....I am going to kick this Fats *kitten*0 -
Cass, I love having cals/week goals. It's great! I would love to figure out some goals and timelines for myself. Maybe I'll do that after weigh-in on Wednesday (since tomorrow morning is going to be a bust for me. Who knows... I may not be able to wait! lol)
SOOOOO anxious about tomorrow.
Well, no one is going to read this anyway so I'll just go to bed! TV studio by 6:30am. Ouch... :laugh:

Good Morning Ladies,
Woo Hoo I'm happy. I had a 2 pound loss for this week and I really liked that I did not jump on the scale daily like I had started doing. Hope I can keep this up. I also like the idea of a weekly goal of calories burned. I will have to think about that one and set a goal myself.
Cathy, Hope things go better for you today. Hope everything goes through for your son.
Today:
1: Homemade egg mcmuffin & coffee
2: banana & natural peanut butter
3:turkey wrap
4:apple
5: Lean cusine chicken meal
6: skim milk & homemade light cookie (I have yet to make these supposed to be like 100 cal. pack chocolate chip)
Exercise: Jogging
I'll check in later & hope everyone see the scale headed in the right direction, even if it's only ounces.0 -
