    Also, I have to ask - the last two months it looks like you bulked up the muscle rather than loosing weight - is that correct?

    100%...all you've got to be is determined! When you push as hard as he did...years and years worth getting fat, can be shed in less than a year. I've seen a couple stories like this on MFP...some guys use P90x, others the gym...and still others work out at home. The main key is just to DO it and don't quit!

    He is a man and very young, so is easier for him to tone up, bulk up, and lose and loose skin.
