    I'm really disappointed in not getting the C25K done this week. Just soooo hot out. Perhaps, I will go to the gym and get it done. Anyway, I will get the JM's BFBM done is a few minutes. I've got the sports bra on and the gym shoes...just not the mojo

    Is surfing the net exercise?:bigsmile:

    Didn't run as fast as I normally would have, but I finished the miles. In this heat, that's a major victory!!!!

    i am so far behind and have been MIA for a while...but i'm back...i think my goal for a while will be 240 minutes but i want to keep checking in with y'all as long as that is okay to keep accountable :)

    monday: 2.5 mile run 26/219
    tuesday: walk 22/83, walk 70/264
    wednesday: nada
    thursday: 1.7 mile walk 27/104

    so far: 145 minutes/670 calories

    I finally got in 60 min cardio today!!!! Whoooohooo!! :bigsmile: I need more 60 min cardio days!! Going to shoot for 60 min again tomorrow.

    I took the kids river tubing down a river. It took about 3 hours. I think I will just count it as one hour of trending water. Most of the time we were just floating, some arm paddling and bouncing off the tubes.

    VJ, if it's still hot, may I recommend tubing...it was a GREAT day!!

    VJ, if it's still hot, may I recommend tubing...it was a GREAT day!!

    That is a great idea - except I'm afraid of large bodies of water unless I'm on a cruise ship LOL!! I can't swim!!

    I'm still trying to get in my walks during lunch but it is extremely hot. At noon, the temp is 101!! The heat index is about 110!!!

    Tonight my foster children will be gone until tomorrow so I will be able to get in some cardio while I have some time to myself and the house is quiet.
