I'm really disappointed in not getting the C25K done this week. Just soooo hot out. Perhaps, I will go to the gym and get it done. Anyway, I will get the JM's BFBM done is a few minutes. I've got the sports bra on and the gym shoes...just not the mojo

Total: 233 minutes, 1591 calories
I took the kids river tubing down a river. It took about 3 hours. I think I will just count it as one hour of trending water. Most of the time we were just floating, some arm paddling and bouncing off the tubes.

That is a great idea - except I'm afraid of large bodies of water unless I'm on a cruise ship LOL!! I can't swim!!
I'm still trying to get in my walks during lunch but it is extremely hot. At noon, the temp is 101!! The heat index is about 110!!!
Tonight my foster children will be gone until tomorrow so I will be able to get in some cardio while I have some time to myself and the house is quiet.0
