I'm just under 5'7", and I clocked in this morning at 129 pounds. I think I'm done. :-) I've weighed as little as 115 pounds (when I got married), and that is just too thin. I have a small frame, so smaller is better for me.0

I'm 5/7" and my goal is 145. I was at that weight when I got married and I wore a 8/10. I'd love to be there again (or smaller).
I've had 2 kids since I got married, and I got a lot older Things aren't the same as they were, but I know that I can do it. It'll be hard work and I have a ways to go (haven't stepped on the scale, but I'm over 190), but all I can do is start from where I am.0 -
5'8'' here and hovering in the mid- to low-150s. Would like to hit 135 - I have a bigger frame, so that is when I look lean and mean! Good luck to you, it can be done, it just takes a while!0

I'm kinda close...5 8 1/2 and my end goal is maybe 145, currently 157ish size 6-8 (not that that means much as vanity sizing is a horrible thing)0

I'm almost 5'7, at 205ibs at the moment and want to go down to 145, 50ibs seems like such a looong way0

I'm 5'7", am currently at about 155, and would love to be at 135. I always used to be at 125, and I looked lean and healthy and awesome! LOL I know I probably won't be able to get back down to that, but 135 would be great for me. I'm exercising alot, it's the food that is killing me. I haven't lost a whole lot of weight since joining MFP, but I've lost alot of inches. My ego doesn't like that. LOL I want the scale to move!!!!!0

I am 5'7'' as well and CW is 139. I would like to get down to 125. I have been as high as 195 lbs back in 2004 when I decided to do something about it. It took me 14 months to get down to 136 then I got pregnant and since then have had 3 girls. So now that I am finished having kids I want to get these last 15 pounds off and tone everything up.0

I am 5'7" and just under 200lbs. My weight fluctuates though. Before I got prego with my 3rd child I was working out like crazy and got down to 166...after I had him i was losing weight for awhile and then all of a sudden started gaining (even while nursing) and got some tests done and found out i have hypothyroidism. So, now he's almost 3 and I'm totally dedicated to losing weight this time even when it is more difficult than ever. My goal is to get down to 160 and tone up my belly a little, tired of this spare tire. :0)0

hey, ladies Im new here, just started last week Im 5'7 and my goal weight is 123.5 (56kg) I've made a plan for myself with small goals every 5 weeks. When you see small steps its much easier to focus and believe you can do this0

I'm 5'8" and down to 164 (from somewhere near 215). I'm hoping to get under 150, that looks lean and healthy on my frame. When I had my physical a couple months ago (when I weighed ~11 pounds more than I do now), my doctor said my weight was OK and health-wise I didn't need to lose more -- my blood pressure's great, cholesterol great, etc. But I'm just not happy with how I look & feel and I know I can get back to 150.0

Im 5"7 and currently 145 pounds. My goal weight is 136 because Im comfortable at that weight, m clothes fit me, and Its something I can mantain without it taking over my life. (Oviously I didnt mantain it that well due to now being 9 pounds over that lol) But im determined again!! I like when i reach 140. Im ok at that weight, but my personal preference is 136. xx0

I'm 5'7" with a small frame , so shooting for 115-120 and starting at 140. Grad school is no bueno for the waistline, I started last year at 120!0

I'm 5'7" and 147 right now. Ideally 130 and toned.0

-
I'm 5'8"...an inch off...but my goal is 165 b/c my frame is huge. My rheumatologist suggested I lose 30 lbs over 5 mos bc my knees KILL me but I'm hoping to do more bc there's no way carrying so much extra weight is healthy.0

I started at 242 and I've lost 67 so far. I am VERY diligent about my calories and exercise. I hardly ever have a total blown day (sometimes ONE meal but I still don't go over what maintenance calories would be for the day).
I also love that there are 5 pages of women within an inch or two of each other and we all have VASTLY different goals and body types. It proves that at some point the scale is just a number it's how you feel and how you look that matters. I'm an hourglass figure with DD boobs and hips and I know my Playboy weight was 145lbs.
Yay for different body types and ALL being beautiful!!!0 -
My initial goal is 150 - which I think I'd be happy at. But we'll see when I get there. It's hard to imagine being in the 140s, but maybe I can do it. Wherever I end up, I want to be able to maintain it!!! I've never been lower than 150 and a size 10. Time will tell!0

I am 5'7 and brand new to this site! I am on day 3 of Insanity and my ultimate goal is to be at 140! My mini goal is to be 170 by my 30th birthday in October! Come on ladies! We can do this!0

I'm 5"6, would love to be between 140 and 150.
I am more concerned about how I look and how healthy I feel.
A size 10 would make me very happy at this point.0 -
I am 5'7 and my goal is 150-155. I have never been at that weight, so I was going to see how I feel at that weight and go from there I mainly want to be a comfortable size 8!!!!0
-
I'm 5'7 and currently around 157 and wearing 8's and 10's. I'm curvy, always have a booty, boobs, and small waist so I hope to hit around 150 and tone tone tone!!! good luck on your journey!!0
-
5'7; started off at 157 and didn't like it anymore. My final goal is 140, but depending on how I feel I may go down two more to 137. I liked how I looked when I was 137; fit and not too stickly.0

Hi I'm 5'6 and I am hoping to get down to 140. For my height it says 154 is the highest healthy weight so I would like to be under that if I can. I too haven't been that small for a long time I started out in jan at 215 and am currently hovering around 164 so only ten pounds overweight according to the charts.0
-
5'7", my goal is 135. I have a small frame so I think I could go even lower and look really good, but it will be too hard. I haven't been below 145 since well before my kids were born (maybe 14 yrs?), so apparently that is also too hard, but ... I know I still don't like the way I look in the high 140s. However, I like it MUCH better than the low 160s, where I currently live.0

I'm 5'7, current weight is 143 (being Aussie we talk in kilos! - 65kg). First goal weight is 132 (60kg). Have been down to 123 (56kg) at absolute lowest weight a few years ago but that was too low for me and I couldn't maintain it for long ;-)0

I've done the 140-145 range and it's ok for my build and body. I've been told a healthier "normal" weight for my lifestyle and genes is more in 150 range.0
